The head of the GSU SK in St. Petersburg, Alexander Klaus, made a statement for journalists, although the examination is not all completed yet. According to the “new” information, the investigation is not satisfied with the conclusions of forensic doctors subordinated to the Ministry of Health, therefore it has appointed new research.

“New” wrote about the death of the entrepreneur in February, when Valery Pshenichichniki was found in a loop in the chamber of the St. Petersburg pre-trial detention center. Recall, he was accused of overstating the price of state defense orders and the theft of 100 million state rubles. The company "Novi-Pro", belonging to it, created unique developments by order of the "Admiralty shipyards", wheat was nicknamed "Russian Ilon Mask." At the same time, it is known that he turned out to be the accused in the case, which he himself initiated a year before, because he wanted to just find the stolen money. On the fact of the death of wheat, the UK opened a criminal case under the article on bringing to suicide: the entrepreneur in prison fell into depression, and then the circumstances turned out so that all the cellmates were taken away, and then he committed suicide.

Then we wrote about Valeria Pshenikov in April, when the conclusions of the specialists of the Bureau of the Forensic Medical Examination of the Ministry of Health became known.

On the wrists and on the neck of the deceased, dozens of stab wounds were discovered. They are applied as if a man shredded himself with his left hand, and wheat was right -handed. In his tongue and fingers, he found marks from 19 shock. A trachea was broken through a sharp object.

Traces of sperm were found in the mouth and in the rectum. The molecular genetic examination found that they belong to two persons: the most dead and unknown man-not an employee of the pre-trial detention center and not to the cellmates. There, the electric wire was seized with DNA of the unknown. And metal plates of complex shape with traces of sharpening. The body of the wheat hung on the lace, allegedly from his own jacket, although the widow and son assured that all the laces from his clothes were pulled out of his clothing in jail. He had two strangulation furrows left on his neck.

“It was reliably established that there was suicide,” TASS quotes a statement quoted on May 16 by the head of the State Medical University of the IC in St. Petersburg, Alexander Klaus. - We understand the motives - whether the bringing to suicide took place, if so, on whose side - from the investigation authorities, the service of execution of sentences, cellmates? All this is worked out. ”

“Nobody announced the procedural decision on this occasion, Nobody announced the victim in the case,” the family lawyer Larisa Fon-Arev told the “new”. - I consider this statement at least premature, since, for example, an examination of video recordings from surveillance cameras in jail is not completed. And those copies that are presented to us do not cause confidence. The total duration of the fragments does not correspond to the period of the time in question, from it a significant segment simply falls out.

The Federal Penitentiary Service distributed copies of video recordings from surveillance cameras in the corridor of the SIZO-4 immediately after the publications of the Novaya. According to the prison department, from them should follow: by the time of death, wheat, about two hours remained in the cell completely alone, no one who could torture him came to him. True, the video of the video did not allow this to assert this, but the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service in St. Petersburg Igor Potapenko insisted on this conclusion.

“At our request, a hard drive with genuine video recording was seized in the pre -trial detention center,” the lawyer said. - We filed a petition for what its characteristics need to be requested. But we have not yet received an answer to this application. The technical employee of the pre -trial detention center simply could not answer these questions, he does not possess such knowledge. It seems to me that they simply did not expect that protection could raise professional questions about these videos.

According to the lawyer, the video examination will end at best in July, so it is not clear how exactly the head of the St. Petersburg SK “reliably installed” suicide.

In the explanations of the FSIN, among other things, a short circuit appeared, which allegedly occurred in the isolator, when Valery Pshenichichnaya hit himself with an electric shock. In the pre -trial detention center, the light went out. But they, they say, often happen: the wiring is unimportant. Say, so they did not suspect something was wrong in time. However, the electrical flow on the body of wheat, we repeat, was nineteen. Or the wiring in the pre -trial detention center is not so bad, since the fuses withstood 18 times.

Or Pshenichny had an autonomous generator in the cell so that he could continue to beat himself with an electric shock. Or 19 short circuits happened in the pre -trial detention center, but no one thought to check the cameras.

“Statements such as what Alexander Klaus did are possible at least when the victims have already been familiar with the procedural decision,” said Fon-Arev lawyer. - Apparently, we have different ethical norms with the Investigative Committee. If I allowed myself to behave like the leaders of the UK, I would say: the reputation of both investigative authorities and the penalty for the penalty that the country is applied everywhere in the country, and the state bodies then cynically declare that there is no evidence.

In April, the day after the publication of the “New”, the investigation, not trusting the experts of the BSME of the Ministry of Health, appointed a second molecular genetic examination. Her conclusions are still unknown.
