Very simple: on the one hand, get rid of sanctions, get generous economic, financial and technological assistance (which will allow you to get out of poverty and backwardness); On the other hand, to secure guarantees of the inviolability of the Kim dynasty, non -interference in the internal affairs of North Korea and its ideology. Will the US, China, Japan on such conditions go? How! And with popularity and vanity even easier: there is no doubt that after a triumphant meeting with Trump Kim Jong -un and his country will become a fashionable theme (like a hump and the USSR at one time, although not on such a global scale), the youth will cut themselves “under the Ena”, a shaft of delegations and tourists will pour, and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel - and Nobel A trifle, but nice.
