
In St. Petersburg, from 100 to 400 people came to the agreed rally against torture in the FSB and the police.
The rally, in particular, was dedicated to the case of the fictional terrorist organization "Network", accused of which, residents of St. Petersburg and Penza, were tortured by electric shockers and the FSB officers beat. One of the participants in the action came with a poster about Valery Pshenichny - St. Petersburg businessman, who was found hanged in a pre -trial detention center with a broken spine and traces of burns with a boiler in his mouth. The FSIN and the TFR announced that the entrepreneur committed suicide .
The action was supported by the Vesna movement, the city headquarters of Alexei Navalny, the St. Petersburg branch of Yabloko and Open Russia. The rally came to the rally of the city Legislative Assembly from Yabloko Boris Vishnevsky.
