In Kaliningrad, Center “E” came to the university and drew up a report against an activist from Navalny’s headquarters

In Kaliningrad, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism came to the activist of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Zhakhongir Mirzadzhanov, for classes at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. This was reported in the headquarters group on the VKontakte social network.

Law enforcers drew up a protocol against Mizadzhanov under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding an event by a participant) in connection with the action “He is not our king”, which took place on May 5.

According to the staff of the headquarters, the activist did not participate in the rally, but stood aside and watched the work of the police.

  • In July 2017, the IKBFU expelled Oleg Alekseev, a law student and applicant for the June 12 rally, for “illegal behavior.” Later, the court ordered the university to pay the activist 500 rubles in compensation.
