“The age of survival”, as our Pension Fund is bashfully calls this, is increasing, but medical institutions do not have time for demographic changes
We help to help for a long time and happily“Give me another candy! And now put them there away so that you can’t eat everything, ”Tamara Sergeevna commands, drinking his favorite sweets, treating the caring head of the department, milk.
Tamara Sergeevna immediately jokingly introduced herself as Tsarina Tamara. She is one of those who behave with dignity, not forgetting to keep her back, even if she is tired. And all the time jokes, telling his story.
“My husband and I worked in the north, and we gave us an apartment to resettle for our merits, for free, in turn, in 1997, you won’t believe it, right? And if you find out where I came from, you will hide my bags from me. Remember the saying: “Where did you sit?” - in Vorkuta. ” Here in Vorkuta and sat until retirement. "

Children moved to the apartment that the family received from the state, and Tamara Sergeevna followed, in her, separate, bought after the sale of a cooperative in Vorkuta. All her life she was an elementary school teacher and head teacher, and now proudly calls himself the "director-pensionary." In St. Petersburg, she is actively involved in the work of the Council of Veterans of the Municipal Hay Okrug: she writes articles in district newspapers, invents events and participates in them.
“The other day I received a letter of literacy, so they write here that I even have talent, but I didn’t know!” - Tamara Sergeevna boasts of a sign of attention from the municipal district, in the asset of which she consists, which makes her life extremely diverse: pensioners are taken to theaters, museums, they arrange games and thematic quizs. She writes every trip in a special notebook “Where I was”: there Valaam, Pushkin’s places of the Leningrad region, and Pskov.

In 2010, she made prosthetics, and since then she needs to constantly support the joints, undergoing physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Otherwise, goodbye, active life.
The activity of the eighty -year -old lady (calling her an old woman does not turn) not to occupy. Municipal and residents of the district, she amuses congratulatory telegrams.
“Our head of the administration receives such letters from me at public events - supposedly Baskov writes to her, and Toto Kutuno. Once on her birthday, I composed her: “I am delighted with your beauty. In Paris, I'm waiting, Alain Delon.” And she is pleased, and we all have fun. ”

Many of them were much less lucky than Tamara Sergeevna. Anna Kosareva, an employee of the Foundation for a long time and happily, says that with the hospital they began to cooperate from the very foundation of the fund.
“Maximilian hospital is actually the only place where lonely old people are taken from all areas of the city. Every morning they will find out how many places there are, and patients are taken. Those who can take care of themselves for themselves, then send them home, who cannot - remain here until they are helped by social workers with paperwork in the nursing home, where it is also very difficult with places. For many, the hospital is really a house. Therefore, so much attention is paid to physiotherapy, rehabilitation. Within the framework of our program, we have compiled a list of eleven important devices that effectively stop the pain syndrome, help in joint development. Some of them have already been bought and put on the department of restorative medicine. ”
Tamara Sergeevna proudly demonstrates the equipment on which she has been expressed, “to be repaired”: “This is an excellent apparatus, patients call it“ blue light - red light ””, “But these are rings”, “And here are our simulators”, “But my favorite bicycle”. Seeing a woman-instructor: "And this is our favorite coach, you will not be lusting with her." Svetlana Vladimirovna, the head of the department, laughs: "That's for sure, she will develop what you want without devices." But the equipment, of course, is needed, no matter what professionals work.

For example, we have 25 beds in the geriatric department, and at the moment 48 people are being treated. Many, of course, are in the day hospital. But after all, this does not reduce the load on the equipment and employees. And there are devices that allow you to deal with not one, but several patients at once. They would greatly increase our performance. ”
Svetlana Vladimirovna even removed the paid ward so that more patients could be accepted and not to create a feeling of privileges, when some are waiting for hours, while others go out of line, because they can afford.
“We may have a simple janitor and the head of a region in one ward-and all in the same conditions.”
Tamara Sergeevna says that attention is really paid to everyone the same, only sometimes you have to wait for your turn to the procedures. And sometimes the equipment fails due to antiquity. And then everyone is waiting for her to be replaced or replaced, which is almost impossible to make according to the state application.

It will be able to ensure worthy well -being hundreds and thousands of people - and activists such as Tamara Sergeevna, and those who, in addition to pain in the joints, have another pain - from loneliness and abandonment.
The charity program of the Foundation “Long and Happily”, which started in 2017, collects 1,091,163 rubles for the purchase of a set of modern physiotherapeutic equipment for the rehabilitation of elderly patients. The program will be completed only when all the necessary equipment will be purchased and put in a hospital. And if we throw ourselves at least 100 rubles, those who are waiting for these procedures will finally wait for them and will live really for a long time.
