
The Kiev District Court of Simferopol, controlled by Russia, arrested the co-founder and one of the coordinators of the "Crimean solidarity" of the server Mustafaev for a period until June 9 in the second Bakhchisarai case "Hizb Ut-Tahrir". This was reported by the activist’s colleagues, without specifying the name of the judge.
The hearings were held closed. According to Crimea. Realities with reference to lawyer Sergei Legostov, he asked to limit himself to Mustafaev’s house arrest. However, the judge took the side of the FSB investigator.
Later - also closed - was arrested until June 9 and the second detainee in the case - a resident of the village of Dolinnoy (Topchiki) of the Bakhchisarai district Eden Smailov. Lawyer Konstantin Rustemov at the trial also requested a house arrest for his client, not a pre -trial detention center, but this time the arguments of the defense were ignored.
Just on Tuesday, Smailov turned 50 years old. A month later, he was going to marry the eldest daughter.

The relatively short period of arrest appointed at the current hearing is explained by the fact that it was until June 9 that the six persons involved in the same case remained in the pre -trial detention center since last fall were extended .
Mustafaev and Smailov were detained on Monday after searches in his homes: the first in Bakhchisarai, the second in Dolinnoy. At the same time, the pro -Russian media, citing the FSB, announced the detentions announced the detentions before the end of the searches.
Like most of the defendants in the case, the detainees were charged with part 2 of article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization), which provides for 10 to 20 years of the colony.
In Smailov’s house, three of his children were blocked during the search. At the same time, Smailov’s wife was not allowed into her own house. Her mother, mother -in -law, became bad. Country, who came to the house, independently provided her first aid.

The detention of most of the defendants in the second Bakhchisarai case "Hizb Ut-Tahrir" took place on October 11, 2017. Marlene (Suleiman) Asanov, Seyran Saliev, Memet Belyalov, Ernes Ametov, the server Zekyryaev and Timur Ibragimov were captured. All six, like Mustafaev, are activists of Crimean solidarity. On October 12, the detainees were sent to the pre -trial detention center. Asanov is charged with part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (organization of activities of a terrorist organization), which provides for from 15 years to a life sentence, the rest - part 2 of the same article. None of the Political Zecks pleads guilty.
In total, in the Crimea, after the annexation, seven cases of Hizb Ut-Tahrir were already fabricated. Four have reached the trial for today. According to the very first of them - the first Sevastopol - in 2016-2017 sentences were sentenced to terms of 5 to 15 years. Now in a military court in Rostov-on-Don are Yalta-Alushta, the second Sevastopol and first Bakhchisaray affairs "Hizb Ut-Tahrir"; Hearing on the merits of the last two should open this week.
About the latter in the matter of now - the Third Sevastopol - it became known a week and a half ago. So far in this case , only one person involved - Enver Seitosmanov . He is arrested.
