Harmful, even wrecking in its most radical version, later corrected, for the reason that it successfully contributed to the murder of Russian citizens who needed foreign medicines and increasing prices, also causing heavy damage to domestic aircraft industry, atomic and missile industries. And meaningless because he shifts all responsibility to the government and the president, who, without fire support for the deputy corps, could and can bomb Voronezh with impunity.

It would seem that why Zhirinovsky perpetuate his already sonorous name, claiming the authorship of such a law? Why disgrace once again? Why is this thin posthumous glory for him, when the lifetime is enough for an entire chamber?
