The day before, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation published information on the income and expenses of employees for 2017. The documents revealed a super-rich employee: the head of the Stavropol department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Ivanitsky, earned more than 2.5 billion rubles last year. After the media drew attention to this, the ministry said that this was a mistake - the specified employee actually earned a thousand times less.
“This is a technical error,” the Stavropol Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told RBC . The document has been corrected, and now it states that Ivanitsky’s income for 2017 amounted to 2.573 million rubles. His wife’s income for the same period, according to the new document, amounted to 910 thousand rubles. This is less than last year, when Ivanitsky’s income was 3.3 million rubles.
According to the initially published version of the report on the income of EMERCOM employees, the second in income was the head of the Crimean department Sergei Shakhov (34.7 million rubles). The new version of the document says that during the year he received 3.7 million rubles (his wife - 927.3 thousand rubles).
Third in the first version of the income ratings for EMERCOM officials for 2017 was First Deputy Minister Vladimir Stepanov, whose income amounted to 14.8 million rubles. In 2016, Stepanov was the leader in income among his colleagues in the ministry. Then he earned 17.5 million rubles. In the corrected version, Stepanov’s income remained the same - that is, he is again the wealthiest employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Puchkov, is in second place with an income for 2017 of 12.4 million rubles.
Let us remind you that in early April, the media found six apartments and a mansion worth 30 million rubles from the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kemerovo Region, Alexander Mamontov. The new declaration states that Mamontov and his wife have only two apartments, as well as a mansion (its value is unclear), a bathhouse and a plot of land. Mamontov’s income last year amounted to 3.57 million rubles, his wife - 974 thousand.
