According to Aksenov, in the criminal case against Rastenko it is said about causing damage to the Republic of Crimea.

“[However] neither I nor any of the representatives of the republic’s authorities appealed to law enforcement agencies about the damage caused to the republic,” the head of Crimea said. “I will demand the initiation of criminal cases for illegal detention, since under such circumstances it is completely incomprehensible for why it was to arrange an indicative event with the participation of Rosteenko at the airport.”
