The girl who told Putin about healthcare problems died from cancer

The girl died in one of the Moscow clinics at the age of 25 at the age of 25.

This was reported by the Izvestia newspaper with reference to the administrator of the group on the social network dedicated to Daria Starikova. It is known that Starikov will be buried in his hometown.

Recall that the girl turned to Vladimir Putin during the “Direct Line” on June 15, 2017. She diagnosed cancer of the fourth stage, and before that the doctors made an erroneous diagnosis of “intervertebral osteochondrosis”.

Daria complained to the president that, due to shortcomings in the structure of medical services of the city of Apatita, the correct diagnosis was made late when the disease began to progress. Soon, a criminal case of negligence was instituted against the responsible persons.

After the “direct line”, the patient was taken to the intensive care unit of the district hospital, and then transferred for treatment to Moscow. In July 2017, the girl conducted a second course of chemotherapy.
