
The Moscow District Military Court rejected the appeal of the lawyers of the former head of the 1st Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Alexander Ogloblin to his arrest. According to Kommersant with reference to an unnamed source, the military became a defendant in the case of the theft of 460 million rubles.
Ogloblin was detained by employees of the FSB military counterintelligence and sent to a pre-trial detention center by decision of the 235th garrison military court. When the officer was detained and sent under arrest, he is not specified. The date of consideration of the appeal for the measure of restraint is also not called.
The military is charged with part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale; up to 10 years in a colony). The investigation in the case is maintained by the Main Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee.
According to investigators, in 2013, Ogloblin, then the deputy chief of the 1st Gus Directorate, using friendly ties, concluded a contract for the supply of routers as part of the program of modernization of the army with the controlled Ministry of Defense of Voentelekom, on behalf of the excessive value of the Ministry of Defense.
In the company, they re -linked labels on routers, passing them for Russian production equipment; As a result, the cost of equipment was three times. Subsequently, the Ministry of Defense separately paid for "copyright supervision" for the installation of routers. In total, the military department transferred 250 million rubles to various intermediaries of Voentelecom. At the same time, the company itself received only 10 million.
The investigation evaluates the total damage from theft in Voentelecom at 460 million rubles. With through arbitration courts, the Ministry of Defense requires the company to return almost 1.3 billion rubles.
In the case, the general director of Voentelecom Alexander Davydov and his deputy Oleg Savitsky have already been arrested. They were detained in December 2017 . Under house arrest, are also the general director of the supplier of the router of Ersiai LLC Tatyana Ilyina and former adviser Davidov Dmitry Semeletov. The last person involved in the case concluded an agreement on pre -trial cooperation and gave confession about the theft scheme and the role of each of its participants. According to the sources of Kommersant, it was Semitov’s testimonies that led to the detention of Ogloblin.
