In the village of Putilkovo, Moscow Region, the police detained a participant in an action in defense of a cultural center. Ivan Klimov, an eyewitness to the detention, told OVD-Info about this.

Police officers explained their actions by the fact that the man may be on the federal wanted list. Participants of the action note that before the detention he gave an interview to a TV channel.

Daniil Maksimov was released from the police department without a protocol. Law enforcement officers issued a ruling on the initiation of a case on an administrative offense under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer).
