
Activist of the “14%” movement Dmitry Borisov, sentenced to the year of the general regime in the “March 26”, has been contained in Belgorod from May 22. This was reported by the ATS-INFO with reference to Irina Andriyevskaya, the mother of Politzek.
On May 29, the lawyer visited Borisova. She said that from the very day of delivery in the pre -trial detention center, Politzek is in a single chamber. Borisov, according to the lawyer, "holds normally"; violence for it is not applied.
Since Politzek’s term expires on June 7, it was decided not to transfer him to the colony, the lawyer also told him.
The information that 32-year-old Borisov was transferred from the capital's pre-trial detention center-2 Butyrka, appeared just on May 22 , on the day of its delivery to Belgorod. Then it was assumed that the Politzeck was being taken to IK-4 in the city of Alekseevka of the Belgorod region.
In such a situation, four years ago was the Swamp prisoner Yaroslav Belousov - he was sent to the colony only in a month with a little before the release .
Borisov was detained on June 8, 2017. He was charged with part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non-hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), accusing Ilya Erokhin of attacking the police 2nd oper-regiment of the capital's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The verdict of the activist was issued on February 22, 2018 by the judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Dmitry Gordeev. The Moscow City Court on April 23 confirmed the term of Borisov .
Politzek did not plead guilty.
