Dmitry Borisov, a defendant in the March 26 Case, was transferred to Belgorod pre-trial detention center No. 3

Since May 22, Dmitry Borisov, a person involved in the March 26 Case, has been in SIZO No. 3 in the Belgorod Region, where he was transferred from the Butyrka SIZO No. 2 in Moscow. Borisov's mother, Irina Andrievskaya, told OVD-Info about this.

According to her, on May 29, Borisov had a lawyer who said that he was “behaving normally” and that there was no physical pressure on him. Borisov has been held in solitary confinement since May 22. As the lawyer clarified, the young man will not be transferred to the colony: on June 7 he should be released.

• On February 22, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow found Dmitry Borisov guilty of using violence against a policeman during an action on March 26 and sentenced him to one year in a penal colony.
• Dmitry Borisov is a Muscovite, activist of the 14% movement, worked in a small hotel business. Arrested June 9th. According to investigators, when five police officers carried him to the paddy wagon, he twice freed his left leg and hit policeman Ilya Yerokhin on the head. Erokhin had no physical injuries, he did not ask for help. For the first time, according to the case file, he remembered the pain inflicted in mid-May, about 2 months after the events.
