The judge of the Basmanny Court of Moscow Natalia Dudar provided state protection due to threats. This was reported by the Moscow Agency with reference to an unnamed "informed source".
Another interlocutor of the agency said that under the state protection of the Dudar is already about a month.
Before the proceedings that the Dudar leads, three riot police entered the hall, before they allow the audience there. They are located on a separate bench and remain in the hall until the end of the hearing.
The press secretary of the court of Juno Tsarev refused the comments to the agency.
Dudar has been working in the Basmanny Court since October 1999. For the first time, her name fell into the press in 2001, when she sentenced the founder of the Tibet financial pyramid Vladimir Dramov to 15 years in the colony. The Moscow City Court in appeal reduced this period to 9 years.
Later, Dudar participated in the persecution of the defendants in the Yukos case. On July 3, 2003, she arrested the chairman of the board of directors of Menatep Platon Lebedev , while not allowing his lawyers to participate in the hearing. Lebedev’s defense petitioned for the withdrawal of a judge, but it was the Dudar who later extended him the terms of detention in jail. In addition, she arrested the head of the internal economic security department of Yukos Alexei Pichugin , and later extended his arrests. The Dudar also authorized the correspondence arrests of the head of the legal department of the corporation Dmitry Gololobov and the co -owner of Menatep Mikhail Brudny, rejected the complaints of Leonid Nevzlin .
Dudar extended the terms of detention in the pre -trial detention center and the deadly sick Vasily Aleksanyan , suffering from AIDS, tuberculosis and lymphoma. At the request of the ECHR, Aleksanyan was transferred to a civil hospital; There he was kept chained handcuffs to the bed. A year later, Aleksanyan was laid secured by 50 million rubles. In October 2011, the accused died.
In 2011, the Dudar authorized the absentee arrest of the defendant of the "gambling" Alexander Ignatenko.
Dudar is also known for participation in swamp business. On May 29, 2012, she sent his first person involved Alexander Dukhanin under house arrest, then issued decisions on arrests or extensions of arrests Mikhail Kosenko, Alexei Polikhovich, Vladimir Akimenkov, Sergey Krivov, Artem Savelov, Andrei Barabanov, Stepan Zimin, Yaroslav Belousov. The judge invariably ignored the arguments of the defense, in all his decisions occupying the side of the investigator and the prosecutor.
On February 28, 2013, at the very beginning of the meeting about the next extension of the arrest Krivov, the Dudar assured the political prisoner: "Don’t worry, crooked, the court ruling we will deliver to you in jail."
On March 11, 2013, Dudar refused to satisfy Ilya Gushchin’s complaints about the actions of investigators, on March 26 she rejected Krivov’s complaint about the actions of investigator Denis Kurdyukov, and on October 2 extended house arrest Sergey Udaltsov.
On December 7, 2015, Dudar issued the first verdict in Russia under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies), condemning the civil activist Ildar Dadin to three years of general regime. At the same time, the prosecutor in the debate requested only two years for the activist. Dadin himself, speaking in the process, threatened the Dudar with responsibility under part 2 of Article 305 of the Criminal Code (the adoption of a knowingly unlawful sentence to deprivation of liberty), which provides for from 3 to 10 years of the colony.
In appeal, the term of Dadin was reduced, and later the Supreme Court abolished the sentence , recognizing him the right to rehabilitation. It was noted that decisions on administrative cases made against Dadin did not enter into legal force at the time of initiation of criminal case, so there were no grounds for criminal prosecution of the activist.
On February 22, 2017, lawyers of the Public Verdict announced the preparation of a complaint against the Dudar in the qualification collegium of judges of Moscow. A day earlier, the judge was fined by the SOVA center for 300 thousand rubles for refusing to apply for the inclusion of foreign agents in the register. At the same time, the decision was made in the absence of the parties.
Later in 2017, the Dudar issued decisions on arrests or extensions of the arrests in the “case of March 26”. In the past and present years, she participated in the persecution of the defendants in the case of the Seventh Studio. On the morning of May 30, she limited Kirill Serebrennikov the deadlines for familiarization with the case file.
Earlier, in March, the Dudar extended the arrest Igor Rudnikov , the chief editor of the Kaliningrad newspaper New Wheels, accused of extortion.
