The Investigative Committee came to the owner of the Tor node and a member of the Libertarian Party

Members of the Investigative Committee came to Dmitry Klepikov, a member of the Libertarian Party. This was announced to OVD-Info by the chairman of the party, Sergei Boyko.

Klepikov is the owner of the Tor exit node, which was the reason for the visit of law enforcement officers. The Investigative Committee arrived in connection with the case of records in the social network Vkontakte. The activist did not specify what specific case he was talking about. He stated that he was not previously associated with him. Sergei Boyko writes that representatives of the Investigative Committee conducted a search as part of the decision of the court of the city of Omsk.

According to the activist, he remained in the status of a witness. “They took testimony, seized hard drives,” Klepikov said.

“The victims are civilians. There are about 50 addresses in the file - nodes, one of which is mine, so they (SK - approx.) came to me, ”the activist explains. Employees of the UK promised to return the seized equipment to the man.
