Police detained a picketer in Moscow's Gorky Park

Mikhail Alferov was detained in Gorky Park in Moscow, who was standing in a solitary picket with a poster "Tuleev on trial." This was reported to OVD-Info by Mikhail Dukhnovsky.

Alferov was taken to the Yakimanka police department.

UPD 20:20 Alferov is accused of violating the rules of the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He is left at the police station for the night, despite the fact that he is not charged with an arrest article.

UPD 21:23 Alferova's accusation was reclassified as a repeated violation of the rules for holding the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
