OCCRP: Putin's ex -wife resold the elite plots of land in the Moscow Region

The ex -wife of Vladimir Putin Lyudmila Okheretnaya bought and resold plots of land in the elite cottage village "Millennium Park" in the Moscow Region worth hundreds of millions of rubles. An investigation of the Center for Corruption and Organized Crime Research (OCCRP) on the income of Ochorata was published by Medusa.

In 2016, Okheretnaya acquired eight land plots with a total area of ​​2 and a half hectare in the village. According to various estimates, their total value is from 384 to 432 million rubles. In November 2017, she sold these sites Irina Punia, the wife of Vikram Punia, the owner of the pharmaceutical company Pharmacintes.

According to OCCRP, Putin’s ex -wife, having married Alexei Okheretny, - the head of the non -profit background “Center for the Development of Interpersonal Communications”, receives income from the delivery of two mansions in Moscow on the Vozdvizhenka, which belongs to the fund, the historical “House of Volkonsky” and the new building in the same style. Most of the premises in the houses were rented by Meridian, 99 percent of which belongs to Ochorata. The remaining percentage belongs to Tatyana Shestakova - the former sole owner of the company, the wife of a friend Putin, a former State Duma deputy from United Russia Vasily Shestakov. "Meridian" rents premises to various subaudists. This money would not have been enough for the purchase of land in the suburbs - in January 2016, the profit of Ochoratnaya in two years, during which it owns the company, amounted to only 77 and a half million rubles.

In January 2016, it also became known that Ochoratnaya now owns an apartment on Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg with an area of ​​139 square meters, which the Putin family owned since 1995.

In April 2017, OSCRP reported that the Ochorayt spouses own a villa worth more than five million euros in the city of Anglet near Biarrits, France. In June last year, Vice-mayor Biarrits said that Putin's family belongs to at least two houses in the city. One of them in 2012 was acquired by Kirill Shamalov - the then husband of Katerina Tikhonova, the youngest daughter of the president.
