Arkady Babchenko is alive, and the drama vividly flows into a parody. In each custom -made murder, how TV shows and textbooks teach us, there should be a hired killer who knows nothing but his victim, an intermediary who knows the victim, the killer and the customer (not always, however) and the customer who knows everything. They grab the killer infrequently and rarely in place, an intermediary - even less often, the customer - almost never.

In the case of Arkady Babchenko, more than ever in world history, all three characters were found during the day without any wanted list. Different Ukrainian special services, glory to them, attached a hand to this. The killer was an Orthodox priest, almost a Nazi (but very kind and unable to shoot a person) Tsimbalyuk, an intermediary - executive director of the weapons company, entrepreneur Boris German (triumphant employees of the SBU call him the organizer - I will not argue, I will accept this term), the Ukrainian turned out to be the Russian customer. This is Vyacheslav a brewer, also an entrepreneur who regularly wanders between Russia and Ukraine. So far he has not given evidence, he has to be found to Russian journalists (if he disappeared on our territory). I don’t think it will be too difficult.

The participants interpret their roles and events in different ways, strongly confused. They agreed in the media field, these three pines in which the world community is wandering. And I step into this thicket with some timidity, but I am directed by human curiosity, which drives any Russian and Ukrainian. Some personal observations and the opinion of retired special services, but with experience, helped me figure it out.

The situation for marvelous is changing quickly, tomorrow there may appear details that turn the picture. But so far, on the basis of facts known on Saturday morning, you can build two relatively consistent versions.

Amateurs. The war of departments

Since the killer and the organizer were introduced into the game by agents, operational chaos, which arose immediately after the murder is staged, can be explained by their belonging to various special services. In any developed state, there is a special mechanism that is uncomplicated, but practical. It allows you to establish whether a person who has fallen into your operational development is someone's agent. They will not tell you whose agent he is and in what case it works, but they will definitely understand that his activity is not your concern.

Such a conflict is a favorite plot of militants around the world. Two heroes are fighting inside the gang, at the end they even shoot at each other. And then it turns out that one of the CIA, and the second of the FBI. But late, one is already killed. So, in life this is practically never happens. Even the creation of such a situation is a direct threat to the career of leaders leading.

Both democracy and autocracy do not equally allow the transformation of special services into an independent subject of policy, it is a threat of the entire state of the state. The KGB in the same way fulfilled the will of the CPSU (and reported all the most important operations upstairs), like the FBI - the will of the government. But if special services begin their own political games, they will not coordinate operations in the intelligence community and notify politicians. Their agents, completing tasks with different political context, can also shoot at each other.

So, if agents of different departments are introduced into one development and do not know about it, then their curators are either amateurs, or pursue their personal goals, for example, career. Such a version suggests that Boris German maintained contact with the alleged Russian spy on behalf of the unidentified special services and transmitted all the information obtained to a certain Dmitry. The SBU set him her agent Tsimbalyuk and until the last considered Herman to consider a real Russian spy. After his detention, the error surfaced, and now in the development there remained the disappeared Vyacheslav Pivovarik. That is, Babchenko’s murder was prepared by the agent under control, and the same character was instructed to implement him.

The most active role fell to Herman. According to him and the statement of the lawyer, Boris Lvovich was engaged in the creation of a false goal in Ukraine - the whole infrastructure of the rebels. Such structures have been repeatedly created in order to involve the enemy in the game. If so, then the caches with weapons throughout Ukraine, which was supposed to arrange a businessman Boris German, quite successful by the standards of modern Ukraine, could be part and evidence for unknown curators from Russia. In the future, Savinkov and Reilly could come here, real GRU officers - the dream of the leadership of any Ukrainian special services that saw them only in the cinema.

We draw attention to the fact that the caches with weapons were discovered on April 29 on Trukhanovsky Island in Kyiv, on May 18 - in Uzhgorod, on May 21 - in the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region. Right on the eve of the staging of the murder of Babchenko. The weapon in Uzhgorod, as the chairman of the administration of Transcarpathia Moskal said, sent the 5th FSB reconnaissance management (apparently, the note was lying). After all, it is completely incomprehensible why Herman, with his position in society and personal history, sculpt a cache throughout the country. So only a real agent-patriot could do. As far as now you can understand, the second part of the fee, he had to pay from his own funds. Although he does not know at all what counterintelligence the friend and curator of Dima, who promised him in an unusual case, the phone of which he promised to give the judge and the prosecutor. Well, it doesn’t matter, the main thing is that it trusts.

However, according to the first version, the SBU discovered this promising anti -Ukrainian organization. And from himself he introduced the priest-fascist into the case. Tsimbalyuk became the “killer” Babchenko and was waiting for money, just like Vysotsky’s: “Epiphanes seemed greedy, smart, cunning, carnivorous.”

He organized a highly professional operational shooting of cash transmission. Above this minute video with rustling bills and fingers against the backdrop of a tree, who was just not gone. In the future, the SBU will be transmitted to the court, Herman is practically doomed.

When the deputy editor -in -chief Sergei Sokolov and I were filmed with a hidden camera of the “ours” counting the money before his detention (for trying to make a commercial bribery of journalists), it turned out a little better for us. And when the capture around Boris Lvovich, the people with cameras spinned more than his hands cried - a historical moment.

In order to arm the killer with knowledge, German sent to Tsimbalyuk with the help of the WhatsApp messenger (permitted in Russia) a detailed dossier through the whole family of Babchenko with his unique photo from the passport, which struck Arkady - there was no doubt that these were Russians. Could a priest without orientations, account numbers, addresses and photos from a passport identify Babchenko not crawling out of TV? Probably, this rich set was collected so that everything looked like a scientific one. Here, rather, the director’s intention is visible than the operator.

Meanwhile, the SBU, meanwhile, was not waiting for the report of someone else's agent German about the murder in front of Moscow, it was waiting for the main thing - the cherished list of 30, sentenced by Moscow to the death of prominent Ukrainian journalists (as it turns out, not only journalists).

Everything was ready, Babchenko finally learned to fall on the floor for a staged photo. True, who wanted to impress the SBU with pork blood and a tattered T -shirt is strongly not clear under such circumstances. While the writer and unknown science were carefully driving the morgue on a gurney, an agent-killer and an agent-organizer were engaged in their everyday affairs.

But everything worked. As soon as the organizing agent Boris Lvovich German said that the task was completed, he immediately received the treasured list of the sentenced from the spy of the brewery. Apparently, as a reward. Let me remind you, Vyacheslav, according to the SBU, is responsible for the Putin's private fund for the armed revolution in Ukraine.

“Having killed? Well, we will reject the list ”-somehow, apparently. And there are not 30, but as many as 47 surnames! What a good luck, they didn’t even count on this! The very next day they called the journalists and everyone showed them. Maybe everything was wrong, and the unfortunate German handed this list to the special services in some other, not in such an exotic way (for example, he drove on the way to work in management). Let life correct me.

It is only necessary to understand that the murder of 47 people in the territory controlled by the nasty party requires not only complex planning (finances, logistics, tactics), but at least a couple of “death squadrons”. Partisans did not destroy in such quantities in such quantities, although they had resources to which the brewery modestly responsible for the state coup is far away. The number 47 of the SBU discredited the entire venture without Moscow intervention.

All these piles of absurdities are in favor of the version of amateurs. That is, they came across a real spy, but they caught how they knew how.

But the behavior of Boris Lvovich and his curator is generally beyond the line. The mysterious Dima, who received a unique list of the victims of the Kremlin from Boris, threw him to eat the SBU. But he had to immediately send a representative, for example, to the National Security Council with a request to protect the agent. This can be done by a policeman from the regional department with an informant-narcomancer, but in counterintelligence the security of the agent at all stages of cooperation is holy. Herman was supposed to call the prosecutor in the first interrogation on the treasured phone with a cry: “Dima, save!” Feeling himself abandoned, he revealed his task, role, curator and, most importantly, an object of development, directly under the chambers of the world press. There are no words. Okay, the arrogant mockery of the FSB and SVR teeth grinned. After all, all the guys from Mossad, CIA and further on the list are now stared at the monitors.

The second version suggests that the main goal of the operation was to arrest and withdraw from the arms business during the investigation of Boris German. His curators from the unknown special services not only attracted him to cooperation, but were with him in corruption. Opponents of Boris Lvovich attacked through police investigations (a bouquet of affairs was aroused against him) and numerous searches of the SBU. It is believed that he must give his shares to someone and controls the plant illegally.

For this, the already described combination was played. Herman turned to his curator from counterintelligence, and he introduced him into the development of a brewer, for which he promised protection against raiders. Well, the SBU organized his arrest contrary to promises. It is most likely that in the struggle for control of the “Schmeiser”, not different special services, but two corrupt towels of the SBU, collided here. And one of them won. Only in such an interpretation of the opera - quite professional people, they simply solved the problem, not quite stately.

For the operation, it was necessary to find a good sacrifice. Widely -known people are best suited, eager to be in the light of sophists and ready for the sake of glory for a bright adventure. Well, in general, they found this. Although it is believed that the danger to the writer and his family was so serious that there was no choice.

The very assumption that Babchenko had only two exits: to go to the next world or enter the game by a voluntary assistant (and he became, sorry, friends and relatives) - from the crafty. If the special service tells you that it cannot protect you otherwise than through such a combination, it must be thrown out into the street in full force. And the leader should fly first. These are not professionals.

A special case of such a hypothesis is an operation under control. That is, the raiders depicted the war of the towers, but in fact, the SBU opera was preparing to arrest, while their accomplice Dima tightly controlled the victim’s behavior (yes, yes, Boris Lvovich in this case the victim) as a best friend who protects him from corrupt colleagues.

Along the way, it was apparently supposed to earn awards for a brilliant operation. Well, this is now unlikely. The most important detail that must be clarified to journalists: who, how and to whom in the leadership of Ukraine reported as the operation was prepared.

Ukrainians have a wonderful sense of humor. The jokes that they talk about themselves testify to the deep health of the popular spirit, which once will certainly prevail over the jealous consciousness of nationalists. This case, no doubt, is waiting for his screenwriter. Is it really only Hollywood can shoot such paintings as “spies like us”? Remember the call to the super -secret intelligence headquarters: “They call from Pakistan ... Personal challenge at your expense.
