At the special receiver, where Alexei Navalny is sitting, they detained the editor -in -chief of the “Daily Journal” by Alexander Ryklin. He stood in a single picket with a poster "Happy Birthday, Navalny." The detention on Facebook was reported by his wife Irina Gordon.

She wrote that when Ryklin turned the poster, he was surrounded by six police officers. According to Gordon, the man was taken to the police department in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district.

UPD 22:35 on Ryklina drew up a protocol on violation of the rules of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and released from the department.

• In the afternoon, the police detained two more activists, Viktor Kogan and Boris Kazadaev at the special receiver. They wanted to congratulate Navalny on his birthday.
• In May of Navalny, they arrested for 30 days under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the demand of a policeman) and in part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event) due to the action "He is not a king for us."
