In Kaliningrad, activist Mikhail Feldman was detained near the Leningradsky District Court building. This was reported to OVD-Info by Oleg Savvin, at whose court hearing Feldman came.
Feldman was going to act as a witness in an administrative case for a single picket of solidarity with Oleg Sentsov. He, Savvin writes on Facebook, was recognized by police captain Murodyants, who often attends protests.
“He, driven by the desire to curry favor, immediately contacted the “eschniks, who soon arrived and took Mikhail,” writes Oleg Savvin.
Feldman was taken to the Central District police station. Savvin arrived there and saw on the monitor that the activist was in KAZ. On what basis the activist was detained and what protocol was drawn up against him is not known.
“Now we have a new practice. Employees of Center “E” record people at the protests - they film them with cameras, from city surveillance cameras, and collect witnesses. Then the “e” people come and take them away to draw up a report,” says Savvin. According to him, after the rallies in support of Navalny, law enforcement officers came to Mikhail Feldman’s home more than once. He did not let them into the apartment, citing the fact that they did not have there are reasons for this.
Savvin believes that more than one protocol will be drawn up against the activist. “Maybe he will have an article like Dadin,” said Oleg Savvin.
Savvin himself was fined 10 thousand rubles for a picket in support of director Oleg Sentsov.
UPD On June 5, Savvin told OVD-Info that two protocols were drawn up against Feldman under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event) because of the rally in support of Navalny, which took place on October 7, 2017, and because of “He There is no king for us” May 5. The activist was then released from the department. The trial was set for June 26.
On February 10, 2017, the Constitutional Court found that Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code can only be applied if the actions of a protester resulted in harm to citizens or public safety.
On February 22, 2017, the Presidium of the Supreme Court overturned Dadin's sentence. * Dadin served his sentence in Karelian IK-7 and spoke about systematic torture in the institution, which was later confirmed by other prisoners.
