Thanks to a decrease in excise taxes and verbal pressure by the government, Russian oil industrymen finally ceased to increase gasoline prices - or, in any case, they began to do this much more carefully than in the last two months. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev scolded representatives of the industry for selfishness and threatened the development of a “complex of operational measures” if the agreements are not observed. The government, obviously, poorly represents how the commercial interests of oil workers can be observed, without ravining independent retail, and at the same time maintain the stability of the domestic market. In addition to the favorable situation in the world oil markets in this situation, there is the fault of the authorities themselves: firstly, these are constant changes in the rules of the game, a growing fiscal load and a poorly thought-out plan of tax maneuver. Secondly-an artificially underestimated ruble course for the budget benefit, which even more stimulates domestic manufacturers to supply oil products abroad.
The consequences will feel not only car owners: an additional increase in the overall level of inflation due to the rise in price fuel, according to the Central Bank, will be 0.2–0.4%, and in separate segments (for example, air and railway tickets and agriculture), inflation will be even more significant. If the absence of gas prices for gasoline during the week is already supplied as a great achievement, this is a sign that there are serious systemic problems in oil refining. It would be better if the government drew attention to them, which dealt with each crisis situation in manual mode.
Omsk
In Omsk, gas prices have not changed for 5 days (AI-92-40.5 rubles, AI-95-42.7, AI-98-46.55, diesel-44.4). Over the past month, this is a record of stability. A storm of indignation of motorists in social networks and on the forums seems to have fallen. In May, when the price lists at Omsk gas stations were updated at least once every three days, those where the “revolution”, “riot” were collected from censorship comments (in context - “they will wait”), the calls “go out into the streets”, block the passage at gas stations, etc.
However, there were fewer Omsk people on a rally against the growth of gas prices than on June 1 than planned: the organizers - the local branch of Yabloko - said 300 participants, came 50. The speakers complained that the authorities experiencing the patience of Russians have nothing to fear; They compared the Omsk region with neighboring Kazakhstan, where a liter of gasoline costs 28 rubles, chanted: “Stop arbitrariness! Citizens of Russia are not dairy cows! ” As a result, they adopted a resolution with a demand for the regional authorities and the president to reduce fuel prices.
In fact, the temporarily acting regional chapter supported the rally participants, to whom the elections, Alexander Burkov, will be coming on September 9. “Tomorrow this wild increase in prices,” said the acting governor, “will affect the price of all goods, food, and transportation costs. This is the first step towards accelerated inflation, it is very dangerous. ”
The explanation of the wild growth of Burkov gave a rather peculiar one: “We feel the consequences of globalization, the consequences that we entered the World Market. And now high oil prices dictate to us the increase in fuel prices. ”
Burkov promised to turn to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev with a request "to take urgent operational measures to contain prices." And Medvedev, apparently, heard it on almost the same day, saying that the government was preparing "operational measures aimed at stabilizing fuel prices."
The Omsk media and the promise of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak were published to reduce excise taxes. These publications on motorists acted as a sedative: in recent days in social networks the topic has calmed down.
It can only be said only that, according to the Avito Free Ads, with an increase in gasoline prices, the interest of Russians increases, and especially the provincials, to two -wheeled transport. In Omsk, since the beginning of the year, bicycles have risen in price by 25.6%, Novosibirsk - by 24.9%, in Yekaterinburg - by 22.3%.
And the villagers, owners of subsidiary plots and farmers, experts from social networks believe, will have to transfer to horses.
Saratov

According to Rosstat, the Saratov region, since the beginning of the year, has been kept among the Volga regions with the highest gasoline prices. In January and February, AI-92 cost 38.09 rubles here, AI-95-41.16 rubles. According to this indicator, in the Volga Federal District, Saratov was overtaken at that time only Cheboksary and Perm.
In the spring, the numbers rushed to jump. In May, according to motorists, the prices for gas stations were added 1-1.5 rubles per week. Today, AI-92 sells 41.21 rubles, AI-95-44.62 rubles per liter, DT reached 42.93 rubles.
The local authorities over the past six months have not shown much interest in the problem of increasing fuel cost. In early spring, a small conflict occurred between Rosstat and the regional Ministry of Industry. State statistics reported that in March in the Saratov region, gasoline went up by 6.2 percent, and called this an anti -record for Russia. At that time, according to official observations, fuel prices did not change even in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The regional Ministry of Industry said that the increase in gas prices in the region does not exceed 3 percent and is quite fed in all -Russian indicators.
Saratov motorists did not protest against the rise in price of gasoline. The only exception was the picket of the Communist Party of the Communist Party. Eight pensioners stood at the monument to Ilyich in the Leninsky district of Saratov with posters "rose gasoline - we will move to tanks."
The company installing gas equipment on cars is gaining popularity. In Saratov, it costs from 25 thousand rubles and above, depending on the brand of machine and the type of equipment. You can put the HBO within one day. Another 10-30 days will take the execution of changes in the TCP. Installation companies are asking for this service from 10 thousand rubles. Today, gas in the region is sold 23.99 rubles (in winter the figure did not exceed 19 rubles).
Note that most local gas stations belong to Rosneft and Lukoil. The Saratov region is considered an oil producing region. Raw materials are pumping 29 enterprises in 22 districts. Last year, oil production increased by 3.7 percent, gas - by 6.7%. In Saratov, there is a refinery belonging to Rosneft.
The Saratovites have not yet noticed a direct connection between the rise in price of gasoline and products in stores. According to Rosstat, from the beginning of the year, prices for fish, sugar, vermicelli, vegetables and apples have significantly rose. But these products are always valued by the beginning of summer, when local -production reserves end.
Compared to gas prices, the average salary in the Saratov region has almost not changed in recent months. At the cost of fuel, the region is ahead of the neighbors, in income - lags behind. According to official statistics, the average salary is 28.7 thousand rubles in the Volga Federal District in the Volga Federal District.
Krasnoyarsk
In Krasnoyarsk, the latter, so far, the increase in gasoline price took place on June 3 at the KNP gas stations (Krasnoyarsknefteprodukt JSC, controlled by the regional authorities): AI-92 grew by a ruble to 41.6. AI-95 now 44.4 rubles per liter, AI-98-47.3, diesel-46.9.
At the gas station of another large network-“25 hours”-these prices were set in May (with one difference: 95th gasoline is more expensive by 10 kopecks). A document with the details of one of the KNP branches on the predicted prices of the second half of the year is walking on the network. Already in July, according to this paper, AI-92 will grow to 46.5 rubles, AI-95-to 47.5, AI-98-to 50.86, and DT-up to 52.7. The officials of the KNP do not comment on the authenticity of this document. Meanwhile, in Kodinsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory) at the gas stations of the KNP, the liter AI-92 is already costing 46.1 rubles, AI-95-48.6, diesel fuel-50.6 per liter.
At the gas stations of Gazpromneft in Krasnoyarsk, a liter of AI-92 is still 40.65, AI-95-42.7.
Tickets for intercity bus transportation are significantly expensive, taxi until the tariffs are raised. The price tags in grocery stores are changing - the smaller, the more dynamic, however, in the network "craps" the growth is also noticeable. Given the price of prices, according to Krasnoyarskstat, in the first quarter of S.G. The level of real income in the region decreased by 1.3% and amounted to 24.9 thousand rubles per month. The cost of a minimum set of products at the end of March increased by 2.4%. And in the first quarter of 2017, compared with the first quarter of 2016, real incomes fell 2.8%, so nothing new. And for a long time. The population with income below the subsistence minimum is steadily growing.
In May, in May, the Boycott of the gas station was languidly talked about, and the topic was faded, there is an SMS-rally with an obscure offer to refuse to buy fuel on weekends, but this did not find a review. It is really strange if the rise in price of gasoline caused any mass protests. Yes, in the “well -fed” zero in Krasnoyarsk, the price of gasoline was almost the only reason for forcing to tear off the gravity point from the sofa and brought the townspeople to protests. But that was another country. Now-against the background of everything that is happening in modern Russia-buch from behind the wallet would look ridiculous. In our heads not only sausage. We are occupied by not transient prices, but eternal values. Russia, rising from the knees, building new bridges, fighting Telegram, taking a mundial, is incompatible with topics that clearly surrender with tinyness. Do not be a rag, get together: try not to refuel, move to a scooter or start, in the end, to earn more.

Simferopol
Gasoline prices in Crimea are traditionally high. Above mainland by 1.5-2 rubles. This is usually explained by logistics (fuel is supplied to the peninsula with ferry) and the absence of large players (due to sanctions). But the rally of prices, which began in mid -April and continues to this day, Crimean motorists can not explain anything.
Today, the price of the most popular, 95th, gasoline ranges from 48.29 rubles to 48.9. Over the past two months, fuel has risen in price by 4 rubles. Moreover, sometimes the increase was in the jump in the jump: from 44.19 rubles to 46.9 gasoline went up in price in two days.
“There is no doubt that by mid-June the price will reach 50 rubles per liter of the 95th,” the manager of one of the gas stations in Yevpatoria told Novaya Gazeta. -Much depends on the trading course on the St. Petersburg Main-Rawn Exchange. While we see a confident trend there. It is especially warmed up by the weakness of the national currency: the price per dollar has long been at the mark above 60 rubles, and it will rather grow than to fall.
In April, the Ministry of Topenergo of Crimea and the Republican OFAS was promised to understand fuel prices in April. They figured out the mid -May: they said that it increased the price of oil in world markets, and it is a sin to complain to the Russians against this background - the price of the domestic market is 16-17% lower than the export.
However, the inquisitive Crimeans, it seems, did not believe in it. On June 4, the blogger from Feodosia Alexander Talipov published information about gas prices in the countries neighboring Russia.
“Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are completely dependent on Russian gasoline, they for the most part purchase fuel in Russia, even the main refueling operator, they write on the Internet, Gazprom. Gasoline prices on screenshots are relevant for today, ”he wrote, attaching ruble price by which they can envy not only in Crimea: AI-92-31.63 rubles, AI-95-33.81 (Kyrgyzstan); AI-92-31.80 rubles, AI-95-35.60 (Kazakhstan).
In the most favorable position among the Crimean cities - Kerch. After the opening of the bridge connecting the Crimea with the Kuban, many Kerchens discovered shopping in the Krasnodar Territory. It turned out that the prices in the supermarkets of Tamani or Anapa are 10–20% cheaper than in Crimea. And gasoline too.
“Every weekend we are now refueling at Taman: we go there for groceries for a week and refuel a full tank,” says Kerch taxi driver Yuri Yatsenko. -Judge for yourself: in Kerch a liter of the 95th costs 48 rubles 90 kopecks, and in Taman-45 rubles 90 kopecks. For 50 liters that are needed for Grants, savings - 150 rubles.
True, while some residents of Crimea save, buying in the Kuban, others offer to solve problems radically. Calls appear on social networks, for example, to block the Crimean bridge: people write that they can only reach the president, and note that the increase in fuel prices has already entered the category of their personal problems: due to the lack of money, many had a misunderstanding in families.
