Polyudova announced the anti -Putin rally on June 12

The leader of the “left -wing resistance” Daria Polyudova announced on “Day of Russia”, June 12, an anti -Putin rally on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow. The corresponding message appeared on Tuesday evening on the FB page of the activist.

The action is scheduled for Manezhnaya Square. Start at 14 o’clock.

On May 31, Polyudova noted, she and her colleagues submitted a notification to the metropolitan city hall about the 12th day of the procession, followed by a rally on Manezhnaya Square. Officials were obliged to either agree on the action within three working days or offer an alternative site for it. However, the city hall did not do either. Thus, Polyudova noticed, the action is automatically considered agreed.

“However, we will not go to Pushkinskaya Square on June 12,” the activist added. She explained the transfer of the rally to the manifier by the fact that the Manezhnaya Square is closer to the Kremlin.

The purpose of the action, says Polyudova’s publication, is “in front of the World Cup (Football. - Ed.) To express your protest to Putin’s fascist regime.”

Over the past few months, after moving from the Kuban to Moscow, Polyudova has already initiated several anti-Putin actions: on March 18-19 on Manezhnaya and May 6 in Bolotnaya Square. However, no one actually supported the activist. The protests on March 18-19 came down to the single pickets of Polyudova herself, and on May 6, the activist and her colleague in the “left resistance” by Kirill Kotov were detained before they managed to start a picket.
