The SBU opened the case of a violation of the secrets of the investigation on the fact of the publication of a list of 47 people, who, according to the special services, were planned to be killed by the organizers of the attempt on the Russian populitemigent journalist Arkady Babchenko. This was reported at the FB page of the special services.

Thus, the special service confirmed the authenticity of the published list. "Law enforcement officers found that on the page of one of the Internet publications there is a publication with a list of persons appearing in the materials of a previously open criminal proceedings," the SBU says.

The case was opened under part 1 of Article 387 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (disclosure of data of pre -trial investigation; does not provide for imprisonment, fine or up to a year of correctional labor). At the same time, only persons who are in advance about the inadmissibility of disclosure of the investigation data are liable for the article.

Meanwhile, on the eve of the SBU spokeswoman, Elena Gitlyanskaya said that the special service "did not give anything to anyone." “The list is a secret investigation. Therefore, I am not familiar with him and cannot comment on his authenticity,” Gitlyanskaya emphasized.

On Tuesday, the pro -Russian site of the country.ua published a "liquidation list" from the Babchenko case. Most of his defendants are Ukrainian bloggers and journalists, also on the list there are emigrants from Russia. Among them are the radio host of Matvey Ganapolsky, Deputy editor-in-chief of the Crimean Tatar television channel ATR, Auder Mudsabaev, television journalist Yevgeny Kiselev, journalist Ekaterina Sergaskov, who left for Ukraine and participated in the ATO ex-employee of the FSB Ilya Bogdanov. In the publication, citing a source in the SBU, it was argued that Boris German, whom the investigation considers the organizer of the attempt on Babchenko, on May 21, 8 days before the murder of a journalist, handed over the list of his curator in the department of intelligence services named Dmitry. Herman himself claims that he received a list from a Ukrainian Private Fund of Putin, who lives in Russia, Ukrainian Vyacheslav Pivovarik. The suspect stated that, on the instructions of Ukrainian counterintelligence, he studied cash flows sent from Russia to Ukraine to finance politicians and “terrorist groups”; The prosecutor's office denies the fact of German cooperation with the SBU.

On June 1, the plans of the organizers of the failed murder of Babchenko to kill 47 people were stated by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko. The next day, the SBU met with the defendants in the list - it was visited by 17 people mentioned in the list. They were shown part of the materials of the criminal case and took from them a non -disclosure subscription.

Ganapolsky, who participated in the meeting, said that "there really was a serious story with paid money for the purpose of the murder of Babchenko." Some journalists were provided with state security.
