Nastya was scared and told two classmates, those to mothers. Adults took the news seriously: attacks on schools in Perm and Ulan-Ude were still discussed in the news. On Monday, half a class already knew about what Sasha was planning.

But in the next day, a few more classmates promised to beat the teenager, and on Tuesday Sasha wrote in VKontakte: “I am telling all my sincere apologies for my stupid test. I did not want to offend someone, threaten someone or even worse-to scare. <...> Why did I do all this? I wanted to make sure that among children, adolescents and elders there are those who do not give a damn. <...> Forgive me for my behavior, the maximum I can do - to promise that I won’t do that anymore. Separately, Sasha left posts with an apology in VKontakte profiles of several classmates, in the chat of the 9th grade parents in Viber, mother of Alena B. Albina Fomina.

On Wednesday, none of the schoolchildren already remembered about Pinaev and his Columbine: everyone was preparing for the OGE, parents in Viber were discussing graduation, and only school hooligans sometimes yelled Sasha in the corridors: “Killer! Murderer!"

After almost four months, Sasha was sitting under house arrest and waits for a court on charges of preparing a mass murder in a general way: from two to five years of colony.

As Dasha recalls, at school Sasha was never popular or noticeable, but she wanted attention. The first time he dyed his hair in green (classmates teased his “broccoli”), the second in white. Sasha dreamed of leaving from a tiny TORK, even on a page in VKontakte he wrote that he was living in Lyubertsy: his father works there, in the same place for Sasha they found a computer college.

The first days after the arrest of Sasha, no one in the classroom understood where he was taken. They thought, says Albina, in a special school, "they decided to protect him from our children." Now classmates are afraid that Sasha will return to school.

According to lawyer Alexei Mikalyuk, no one doubted that Sasha will remain at large. At the trial, as the prosecutor was suppressed, he asked not to place a 15-year-old teenager in a pre-trial detention center, the judge seemed friendly. But then the deputy head of the department for the investigation of especially important cases of the SC of Tver Stanislav Bolshakov came to the court.

“He began to shout to the judge:“ This is your humanity, ”call me somewhere,” says Mikhalyuk. - After his calls, the judge went out and announced: two months in a pre -trial detention center.

In April, Pinaevs and Mikalyuk was invited to a personal reception by the head of the SC in the Tver region, Alexander Kubnakov. He announced: the main reason that Sasha should sit in a pre -trial detention center is the fact that in 2016 he went into the VKontakte group “Blue Kit” several times - the one who allegedly includes adolescents who want to commit suicide. Sasha himself told about this himself: neither he nor his parents occurred to him that investigators did not see the difference between the suicides of adolescents - and the murders of classmates with fans of Columbine.

- The investigator says: “Your son has traces of cuts on his hand, the veins are opened. We are afraid that he will commit suicide at large, ”recalls Jeanne. - I say: where are the cuts? Didn't I see my child? The scratches were - Lizka scratched, a cat. There were no cuts.

“I say to the investigator: the Code of Criminal Procedure does not imply paternal concern for the suspects,” recalls lawyer Mikalyuk. - And Kubesakov to me: "Do not Yernicha here!"

Sasha spent a month in a guard (closed) department of the psychiatric hospital to them. Litvinova. A psychiatric examination showed that the teenager does not have suicidal inclinations, he is completely adequate.

“Sasha was banned in the“ blue whale ”,” says Jeanne. - He went into the group, he was sent the task of scratching on the skin of a blue whale and sending a photo. He drew pencils on paper and sent them. The curators of the “Blue Whale” decided that he was mocking - and immediately his black list. He told all this to the investigator.

That adult man sits and repeats: “But he completed the task, he painted a whale ...” As if Sasha blew half a trading, and the investigator repeats: “Well, he blew up half a doors.”

Honestly, Torzhok really looks like someone blew him up: rickety houses stick out in the middle of broken sidewalks and soil roads and the skeletons of very old, very beautiful churches. Recently, Jeanne says, a film was shot in the city about the war. To remove the bombed city, I had to paint stone fences and hang new lanterns.

On April 17, Sasha was released from a pre -trial detention center under house arrest. The most important difficulty came out with the toilet. Pinaevs live in the rickety two -story building of 1917, there is no water supply and sewage in it.

It turned out that the signal of the electronic bracelet on his leg does not reach the toilet and the soul attached in the cold corridor. If Sasha spends more than 20 minutes there, the police come.

Every day at 18.00, Sasha Jeanne's mother calls the district police officer, warns that she leads her son for a walk. At 19.00 - reports that she came back. Jeanne learned about what Sasha threatened classmates from Albina.

She came home, Sasha says: "Yes, I already apologized." He explained: I read the news, there Nikolai Sobolev ( a popular blogger whose videos are gaining millions of views. - ER ) says that the children are not protected, such cases are happening at school, no one is caught on, nothing does. And what, in our school there is not even security. So Sasha decided to check. I decided to scare. Checked, in general. I really hung out so much.

They refused to talk to me at school No. 5. Director Natalya Pigina convinced for a long time that journalists have no right to write about affairs against minors. Later, I found out that she pressed the parents of schoolchildren, so that they were forbidden to talk to me.

None of the teachers discussed with Sasha why he threatened classmates, did not call his parents. Just the school principal immediately called the FSB.

- At the last meeting, the director said: if I see that your children smoke, I immediately call the police. If I see that the child drank, I immediately declare, ”Albina recalls. - Here and here: the girls showed a correspondence with Sasha the class teacher, she went to the director, and the director made a harshly, apparently, according to the instructions. How would it be in our times? Sashin parents would have called, they rubbed his ears - on that all would end.

According to Albina, over time, she began to treat Sasha’s threats differently: “At first I really had a panic, I thought: let it be imprisoned. And then my eldest son arrived for the weekend. I told him everything, I say: “Imagine, and he also read how to make a“ Molotov cocktail ”.

The son says: "I read too." It cut me a little. I thought: that is, my son could also close my son if he blurted out something. ”

Now Sasha threatens from two to five years in the colony. In early May, the court extended its maintenance under house arrest until June 8. Lawyer Alexei Mikalyuk says he will ask for a jury:

- I asked the investigator: why was the criminal case opened? He said: he would be a year older, would go under an article on hooliganism.
