In Pskov, the volunteer of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny Pavel Chernov was summoned to the commission on minors because of his 11-year-old son on the VKontakte social network. It is reported by Radio Liberty.
Chernov was informed that he was suspected of improper performance of parental duties (part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The juvenile commission returned the protocol for revision back to the police, and an article appeared in the case about the public demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Law enforcement officers found on the VKontakte social network on the page of the 11-year-old son Chernov video of the Discofurer. The child did not reach the age of bringing to administrative responsibility, so the protocol was drawn up in relation to his father. It is noted that the video is not in the federal list of extremist materials.
