The Moscow City Court has returned the case on extending the arrest term of the defendant in the "New Greatness" case, Anna Pavlikova, to the court of first instance. This was reported by lawyer Nikolai Fomin.

According to Fomin, when the Dorogomilovsky District Court held a hearing to extend the arrest, the girl was not taken to court, but was transported in a paddy wagon. At the hearing itself, the judge read the pages of the case and left to make a decision without hearing the opinions of the parties. In addition, Pavlikova was not notified of the hearing.
