The judge of the Pervomaisky Court of Kirov, Nikolai Fufachev, stopped the proceedings on the case of the organizer of the rally "He is not our king" Richard Rose due to the lack of corpus delicti. This is reported by "7 × 7" with reference to Rose.
The court ruling indicated that the rally was attended by less than 100 people, and it took place in a place where it is allowed to hold public events without approval.
Rose told the publication that in court a new protocol was drawn up against him under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the procession along Oktyabrsky Prospekt, which took place after the rally.
A protocol on violation of the law on public events (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) was drawn up against Richard Rose after the rally on May 5, which took place in the local Hyde Park - the square named after Stepan Khalturin.
