"Unified Communist Party"

Today we witnessed a political transaction, during which the two parties of the authorities divided the posts of the governor of the region and the mayor of Novosibirsk and actually merged into one. You can call it "Unified Communist Party."

This deal is amazing, because all parties gained benefit. United Russia receives a guaranteed result, because the region, which threatened to become the most problematic in the elections this fall, turns into almost the most calm, in which even the opposition can speak out in favor of the acting governor. All on the same side, everyone lined up in a single line: a restless legislative assembly, led by the ineffective Andrei Shimkiv, and the “beautiful speaker and an experienced politician” Anatoly Lokot, and a variety of deputies. Even the rivals in the primaries are upset that they cannot speak directly for the acting governor and are forced to only give hints about their support! And only somewhere Viktor Tolokonsky hid, fell silent as unexpectedly as he had previously spoke.

A complete victory, the elections are won before they begin, as it should be in modern Russia. Perhaps this was the task: not to defeat the elbow and the Communist Party, and not give anyone doubt that the victory in the elections may be inconsistent. And why do you need a real election campaign? Novosibirsk is dangerous in that it is politicized by economic issues - instead of the burners “you are for the Bolsheviks or Communists, for Stalin or Grozny”, they suddenly begin to discuss concessions, bridges, public transport, sand -combat mixture and tariff formation.

The Communist Party is also not in the lining. If you believe the rumors, which, although often they lie, are sometimes telling the truth, the Bonzes from the Communist Party exchanged the Novosibirsk volost for Orlovskaya, received preferences on the party line and guaranteeing the preservation of the election of the mayor of Novosibirsk. And, perhaps, even promises of help in re -election of the elbow.

We do not know whether Anatoly's elbow took such a decision of his party with bitterness or, on the contrary, with joy, but probably he will not leave the party and will obey party discipline. He himself has a reason to breathe a sigh of relief: instead of a very risky election campaign, with a high risk of losing (and troubles for the nearest environment), he receives a return to the bosom of system policy with the prospect of calmly re -elect and live calmly and without conflicts with dangerous people. “Why did we start all this, would sit now in the State Duma, drank the gulls,” the mythology ascribes the word about the revolution either Zinoviev or Kamenev. And really, why?

But I, as a physicist by education, will tell you that in our politics there are no such transactions to make everyone better. Our policy about dividing the existing, and not create new ones. New, in this case, is not created. So the third party suffered. And you don’t have to go far for her, these are the voters of Novosibirsk. They are trying to deprive us of a choice, not only in the election of the governor (this is already familiar, and there was no miracle), but also in the mayor’s elections, and there, apparently, deputies.

There are no such transactions in our politics so that everyone gets better

If two retail chains agree on the division of the market, then you need to wait for the increase in prices. If competition disappears in politics, then decisions are easier to increase tariffs, tax growth, purchases from the budget at high prices, paid bridges and other charms. I think that the monopolization of the political life of Novosibirsk will result in 5-10 thousand additional expenses per year for each Novosibirsk (in addition to the existing ones). This will include tariffs, tariffs for garbage, the payment of the bridge, the payment of parking lots (and the fee is unlikely to turn into budget revenues). Well, also on trifles. Not so much, but still you must understand that the joy of the agreed politicians always turns into gaps in your pockets.

And the rest, I think, everything is fine. There was a risk of a difficult choice between Anatoly Loktom, to which there are a lot of complaints both to the mayor and manager and Andrei Travnikov, from whom we still do not know what to expect.

Now everything is transparent and obvious. The clarity of the picture is better than illusions. The "bipartisan system" in Novosibirsk collapsed, the Communist Party of the Communist Party as an opposition was not very well, but now completely merged.

I think this will lead to the loss of the Communist Party and the meager interest that she had until recently. Disappointment in the elbow and the Communist Party among the public and political activists of Novosibirsk was so great, but now it has passed into the rejection stage. I think that now the only chance for the Communist Party and personally Anatoly Lokty to preserve the mayor’s post is to cancel the elections and ask Travnikov to hold the elbow through his appointment.

Do not forget also about the prospects of the party "Movement Up" of the mayor of Novosibirsk. The elbow was often mentioned as a person who was about to enter the party leadership, was even in the short list of applicants for presidential candidate from the Communist Party. And if he lost the elections to Travnikov, he would lose in a competitive campaign, then this would only increase his chances of getting into the party leadership. Look, they say, an unbending fighter! But today's “consistency” of the mayor of Novosibirsk can affect his prospects in the leadership of the Communist Party of the Communist Party in the best way.
