Increasing the age of retirement of the working population is such an economic measure that is completely impossible to camouflaged, hide its essence behind complex calculations and scientific formulations. It is absolutely clear any of the most uneducated citizen that this is a direct blow to his life interests. It was the obvious unpopularity of such a decision that made Vladimir Putin assure the public over and over again that, while he was in power, the age of retirement of Russian citizens will not change.
However, today the government was in such a position that, apparently, it does not see any other solution to the problems of the federal budget. They are such that even the extremely favorable conjuncture of the oil market does not save. The formal exit from the recession (both the current and the predicted GDP growth balances in the area of two percent) the Russian economy did not revive at all. World sanctions, corruption and global pressure on the business by any state bodies finish our still raw materials economy confidently and not even very slowly. In addition, Vladimir Putin, authorizing raising the retirement age, we must think (and possibly fairly), that it is better to take this step in the initial period of his next term, when the political situation within the country is stable, its level of support is high, and oil prices are pleasing to the eyes. And who knows what will be there in a few years?
Already traditionally confiscating the funded part of the pension cube, the government, as it were, signs that there is no pension fund in the classical sense of the meaning of this institution in Russia. And there is a complex, corruption and extremely ineffective system of support for a part of the population incapable of the age, when the money from the PF is first withdrawn by violently, and then, as the necessity, in arbitrary volumes, is pumped back in the form of budget transfers. In this regard, any links to “world experience” when deciding to raise the retirement age seem ridiculous. Especially given the average life expectancy in Russia, which may grow, but it is impossible to justify this measure with such a turtle.
At the same time, no one explains to us where the money will come from to the recording of the pension fund, when about ten years later the number of employees in Russia will be equal to the number of pensioners? The current growth rate of labor productivity does not allow us to suggest that the able -bodied half will be able to feed the dependents.
So, from numerous leaks in the media it follows that about the beginning of next year, ladies who have survived to sixty -three years old will be able to retire, and men who have reached the sixty -fifth year. I think that ultimately in the part regarding the weaker sex, this figure will be adjusted. Vladimir Putin criticizes the authors of the reform, will stand up for women and for three years they are hiding. That is, an increase for both sexes will be five years. The budget, of course, will benefit from this. What, of course, cannot be said about its donors - citizens of the Russian Federation.
Do not think that the innovation will affect exclusively persons of pre -retirement age. An additional load will fall on the shoulders of so many families. For example, those in which grandmothers could peacefully nurse grandchildren, but will be forced to continue to work for the good of their native state. Citizens approaching the fateful line will have to, as they say, "pull his belts." But not everyone. Half of those who are today concerned about future problems in connection with raising the retirement age, worry in vain. Unfortunately, they will not live to their pensions.
