General of the FSB Feoktistov to ask the court to return the money used against Ulyukaev

FSB General Oleg Feoktistov filed a statement to the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow on the return of $ 2 million, transferred in November 2016 at the Rosneft headquarters to the then head of the Ministry of Economic Development, Alexei Ulyukaev, for the factory against him, a criminal case of bribery. Consideration of the application is scheduled for June 29. Judge Larisa Semenova, who in December last year, condemned Ulyukaev by eight years in a maximum regime .

Earlier it was reported that it was Feoktistov who found money for the “bribe” of Ulyukaev. At the same time, the money does not belong to the security forces - as it turned out later, they were provided by Feoktistov by a certain Valery Mikhailov. In interrogations in the case, the general represented Mikhailov differently, calling him either an employee of Rosneft, then "acquaintances, private investor", then "an employee of the company, somehow related to the activities of Rosneft.

According to RBC, which appeared on the eve of the sentence to Ulyukaev, Mikhailov worked in the structures of Rosneft until the summer of 2016. The publication reported that Mikhailov was associated with 90 legal entities, of which 41 are operating enterprises, and four are indirectly related to Rosneft. At the same time, the former colleague of Mikhailov claimed that he could not have free $ 2 million.

The BBC is now transmitting somewhat different information. According to the radio station, Mikhailov was a member of the councils of the directors of several companies that later joined the RN -Service - one of the Rosneft structures - and worked for about a year in the branch of the RN -Service in Nizhnevartovsk. In December 2016, that is, about a month after the provocation against Ulyukaev, he quit from RN-Service.

Mikhailov himself in the commentary of the BBC said that he personally was not familiar with Feoktistov, knowing him, "unfortunately, only by newspapers." “Accordingly, he did not borrow the money,” the source said the radio station. Mikhailov also noted that he had not earned $ 2 million even in his life.

Feoktistov, also known, nicknamed Oleg Bolshoi and General Fix, until August 2016 was the first deputy head of the FSB Office. It was reported that he directly managed the work of the 6th Service of the FSB USB, nicknamed the Sechinsky special forces. The general was considered a person close to the chief executive director of Rosneft Igor Sechin.

In August 2016, Feoktistov was transferred to the apparatus of seconded FSB officers. Security forces from the apparatus of seconded employees are appointed by order of the director of the FSB for strategically important enterprises, such as state corporations, banks and oil companies, for their control. In September of the same year, the general was appointed vice president - the head of the Rosneft Security Service and a member of its board.

However, in early March 2017, information appeared that Feoktistov was fired both from Rosneft and the FSB. The reasons for this were not reported. Sechin confirmed this information only partially. He stated that the general left the state -owned company and returned "to military service." Documented Feoktistov’s dismissal was issued only a month later, after a meeting of the board of directors of Rosneft on April 5.

During the interrogation in the case of Ulyukaev in the Investigative Committee of June 5, 2017, Feoktistov called himself an employee of the Office of the FSB, which is engaged in counterintelligence in industry.

In the end of August 2017, information appeared that Feoktistov was retired .

Meanwhile, RBC in October, after the interrogation of the general in the case of Ulyukaev in court, wrote that now Feoktistov works at the Bank "Peresvet" as an adviser to personnel. The largest shareholder of Peresvet is the Russian Orthodox Church .

On April 12 of this year, the college of the Moscow City Court, under the chairmanship of Olga NELUNA, confirmed the sentence to Ulyukaev . On June 8, the Moscow Komsomolets said that the former official was delivered to serve the deadline for IK-1 in Tver.
