The detainees were taken to the police department in the Krasnoselsky district. According to Polyudova, they are charged with violating the rules for holding an event by a participant (Part 5 of Article 20 of the Administrative Code). The activist is also accused of living without registration (Part 1 of Article 19.15 of the Administrative Code).
