Local residents stopped the illegal construction of a pig farm near the historical center of Suzdal

In November 2017, bulldozers appeared on the chernozem field near the village of Tarbaevo (19 km from Suzdal). Locals tried to find out from workers who and what was going to build. In response, they heard: "It seems, a farm for cows." But after the request to the administration of the Suzdal district, it turned out that the owner of the Dymovskoye Sausage Production LLC Vadim Georgievich Dymov is building between three villages of a pigkomplex for two and a half thousand pigs.

Each sow gives twenty -four pigs a year. It turns out that in a year, sixty thousand heads will be born in the pig farm. In a conventional farmer, the pigs grow up to a hundred kilograms in a year and a half. The owner of Dymov publicly promised that his piglets would gain such weight in three months, and at the same time no more than thirty thousand animals will contain no more than thirty thousand animals. Without the use of chemicals to accelerate the gain of mass, nature cannot be deceived.

In Europe, pig farms are not built, including because they cause great harm to the environment. Pigs, unlike cows, are not herbivores, but omnivorous animals, and their manure refers to toxic waste of the third hazard class. It can not simply be dumped on the field, because it does not fertilize, but poisons the soil and water, especially if animals are grown using antibiotics and steroids. It needs to be disposed of.

A pigkomplex for two and a half thousand sows and thirty thousand young people for fattening will produce 220 tons of waste per day.

In the pig farm in Tarbaev, it was supposed to contain pigs on the slotting floors. Pigs are on metal lattices, their currents fall on the pallet, from where they are washed off with a huge amount of water supplied under pressure, into closed lagons, where six months are defended. Then the water is lowered into the nearest pond, and the defended manure is buried in the fields, albeit in a special way.

The field, given to Dymov for rent for fifty years, is located one and a half kilometers from the village of Tarbaevo, in six from the village of Tortino, in seven - from the village of Fedorovskoye and in twelve - from the house of Vadim Dymov in the very center of Suzdal. Along the border of the site he leased, the camber stream flows, which flows into the river Kamenka. It flows through the entire Suzdal, a city water intake is produced from it. And in seven -hundred meters from the rented site there is a cattle buffet, which was used back in 1962 for the burial of animals who died from a Siberian ulcer.

It is forbidden to build any agricultural structures so close to the cattlecuffy. Siberian ulcer can remain in the ground for a hundred years. A cattle burrum in Tarbaevo disappeared from the general plan of the Suzdal region in 2017. Although it is indicated on the general planes until 2012 and in the current cadastral list, which can be checked online.

In Russia there are several similar in the size of pigs. All of them are located far from settlements and rivers, in the forest, because the forest stops evaporation and smell. It is impossible to live close to the pig farm, especially in the warm season, because pork currents emit toxic evaporation and poison the air.

The Kadykov family, summer residents from Tarbaevo, did not want to live near the “pork tank”, as local residents call it. Mikhail Kadykov, along with his wife Tatyana, her mother Svetlana Anatolyevna and Tamara's family, Malygin and Nikolai Chichilov, fifterly, they stopped the construction of the Swincomplex of Dymov. The collection of signatures under the petition against the construction of a pig farm among residents of Suzdal and the Suzdal district did not stop for a single day.

Now, at the site of the failed pig farm, the shaft of the removable chernozem, similar to the near Moscow landfill - mountain in the middle of the field. And where the pigsty were supposed to be, the trenches. They were dug by bulldozers for lagoon, in which it was supposed to defend manure. The construction was turned off and recognized as illegal, the equipment left, and no one is going to bury the tilted field and equalize the shaft of the Earth. In seven-hundred meters in the forest there really is a cattle burrots-a two-meter pit between the trees, and in it there are skeletons of cows, skulls with teeth, even the remains of skins are visible in some places. Nearby is a metal tank for storing chemicals.

Mikhail Kadykov - a lawyer by profession, together with his wife in November 2017, they wrote seven requests to the relevant ministries and to the administration of the Suzdal district. December 15 received an official answer:

“It was reported that indeed a land plot was allocated for the construction of a pig farm for two and a half thousand sows, a warrant for excavation was issued, the design documentation was not submitted. - says Mikhail. - At the same time, the letter did not indicate to whom it was allocated. Minimum information. Then we began to act: collect signatures in the surrounding villages and write to all Vladimir authorities. First of all, they wrote a complaint to the prosecutor about the illegality of issuing a warrant of land work without design documentation. ”

Activists passed all circles of Russian bureaucracy. The first request of the Suzdal prosecutor's office transferred back to the district administration, which insisted on the legality of its actions. The regional prosecutor's office refused to consider the complaint against Suzdal, the Prosecutor General’s Office lowered the complaint back to the regional, she refused Suzdal, Suzdalskaya again. And so twice. At this point, six hundred signatures were collected.

In January, the local press connected. Tatyana says: “We assume that the prosecutor of the region Pantyushin began to act decisively and stopped the illegal construction after the intervention of the Prosecutor General. On January 18, 2018, we received a response from the Suzdal prosecutor’s office that our complaint was satisfied, the warrant on land was issued illegally, the head of the administration of the Suzdal district Saraev was issued. ”

But the order did not stop the land work. The technique worked all of January almost around the clock, the land was removed and exported on tractors and trucks towards Tortino. Then the activists filed a complaint about the illegal removal of black soil in Rosreestr.

On January 30, Rosreestr’s employees arrived at the construction site with a check along with the initiative group of local residents. Mikhail Kadykov says: “The technique worked even during the photography of violations. An hour later, the Director of Construction Prokofiev arrived and blocked his car with his car with the Rosreestr car. Then the deputy director of Tarbaevo LLC came Lapin and locked the car checked by an excavator with a bucket and a truck. Rosreestr workers were able to leave only after three and a half hours when the police arrived. ”

Earthwork ceased on February 7, 2018, after the prosecutor of the Pantyushin region at the department of the department with the participation of the governor admitted that the construction of the pig farm was carried out illegally, the warrant for excavation was issued illegally, and the construction is under the personal control of the prosecutor.

During this time, the Kadykovs wrote more than 350 requests, complaints and appeals to all possible ministries, instances and prosecutors.

Most of the answers are refusals or unsubscribing, there is even a recommendation from Zhirinovsky to subscribe to the LDPR party newspaper in order to better understand the laws. But there is real assistance: from the deputies of the Communist Party, the Russian Geographical Society and the Society for the Protection of Monuments of History and Culture.

In April 2018, Vadim Dymov officially announced in the media about the refusal to build a pig farm in Tarbaev. Rospotrebnadzor ordered to restore the fertile soil layer throughout the work of work in thirty -six hectares.

The construction of the Pimov pig farm was transferred to the Ivanovo region, to the banks of the Nerl River, to the same densely populated place, near the city settlement of Petrovskoye.

In the near future, bidding for land for construction is assigned, the only contender for them will be Dym.
