A family drowned in Transbaikalia while crossing

The family drowned while crossing the river in Transbaikalia. Divers are looking for bodies.

A husband, wife and their 10-year-old daughter were crossing the Shilka River in a boat in the Sretensky district of the region. The UK reported that they drowned.

“The search uses boats and diving equipment. The work of divers is complicated by a strong current. On June 13, rescuers continue to examine sections of the river, it is planned to go up to 30 km downstream, ”the press service of the Zabaikalpozhspas state institution said.

The SC clarified that a pre-investigation check had begun.
