
In Moscow, a LGBT activist from the UK Peter Thatchell was detained on Red Square. This was reported in the telegram channel "Open Edition".
Thatchell conducted an action against the persecution of gays in Chechnya.

Journalist Theo Merci posted on Twitter a video of the conversation of a police officer with Thatchell before detention. In it, the policeman claims that the Decree of the President No. 202 prohibits pickets without coordination, but this contradicts the Constitution.
