Primorye: Residents discovered an underground tofu production workshop

In the village of Yekaterinovka, the Primorsky Territory, residents found an underground workshop for the production of popular tofu cheese. As it was possible to find out, this production has been operating for 10 years, and citizens of China have been working on it, reports PrimaMedia. Eyewitnesses shot what was happening in the video, which shows how workers work in a wooden hut.

The regional department of Rospotrebnadzor was informed by the Siberia.m. Real correspondent that they saw the posted video, but they refused further comments, proposing to send an official request. It was not possible to find information about the audits on the department’s website.

The author of the video behind the scenes reports that the house has a very pungent smell, and the open sewage system is located next to neighboring buildings. Inside there are dirty basins with imprisoned raw materials for the production of cheese. In one of them there is a dirty shovel. In the room, complete unsanitary conditions, an eyewitness reports. In addition, chemical reagents that were allegedly used for the preparation of cheese managed to detect.
