The court in Penza extended the arrest to the defendants in the case of the "Network"
The Leninsky District Court of Penza extended until September 18 the arrest of the defendants in the case of the terrorist community "Network" Dmitry Pchelintsev and Vasily Kuksov. This was reported to the OTD-Info by a member of the PMC of St. Petersburg Ekaterina Kosarevskaya.
At the request of the prosecutor, the meeting was held closed. Pchelintsev declared a divert to the judge.
UPD 18:40 Ilya Shakursky and Andrei Chernov also extended the arrest until September 18.

On June 14, the Leninsky District Court of Penza extended the arrest of Arman Sagynbaev, accused in the same case.
Antifashists Dmitry Pchelintsev, Vasily Kuksov, Ilya Shakursky, as well as Yegor Zorin and Andrei Chernov in Penza in October 2017. They are accused of participating in a terrorist organization entitled “Network” (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code), the cells of which supposedly are in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza and Belarus.
The defendants in the case of the “network” talked about psychological pressure, torture, “hanging upside down” and weapons, which the FSB officers threw them. Some defendants abandoned the confession and reported that they gave them under torture.
In addition to six accused, who are kept in Penza, in the case of involvement in the “network” are held by three more people in prison in St. Petersburg. This is Viktor Filinkov and Igor Shishkin, in whom human rights activists discovered traces of torture. In St. Petersburg, Julius Boyarshinov is also located, who was initially accused of illegal storage of explosives. Later he was demanded to testify against the accused in the case of the “network” and brought him the same accusation.
