Midfielder of the Russian national football team Alan Dzagoev, who was injured in the opening match of the World Cup, will miss the meeting with the Egyptian team.

Dzagoev will not fly with the team to St. Petersburg and will remain in Moscow to continue rehabilitation, according to the official twitter of the Russian team. The decision on further treatment tactics for Dzagoev will be made after the second match of the national team.
