Blogsuchi, chief of the Blogschi, Alexander Valov, arrested in January in the extortion case, was recently hospitalized with a penetrating wound of the abdomen. This was reported to the "Franes" by the lawyer of Agora, Alexander Popkov, representing the interests of the Politzek.

Judge Sergei Martynenko granted the investigator’s request to hold a hearing in the absence of the accused and extended the arrest for a month - until July 19.

He ignored Popkov’s instructions that the TFR did not have any evidence against the journalist and delays the case - over the past two months, Sidorenko began only three investigative actions, and one of them has not yet been completed. The judge also ignored the lawyer’s references to the state of health of Valov.

Valov was detained by the FSB operatives after the search on the evening of January 19. The journalist refused to open the door to the security forces, and they drank the castle. Having broken into the apartment, they beat the owner. Two days later, Valov was sent to a pre -trial detention center.

Politzeku was imputed by paragraph "G" of part 2 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code (Large extortion). Such an accusation provides for up to seven years of colony. According to the plot of the case, Valov in the summer of 2016 demanded from the State Duma deputy from the LDPR Yuri Napso 300 thousand rubles for removing the Blogsochi articles on the pool on the beach.

The journalist does not find guilty, stating that his persecution has been politically motivated.

In the first half of February, Valov was transferred from the Armavir pre-trial detention center-2 to a pre-trial detention center-1 in Krasnodar and placed in a special block. Since February 13, the Politzek held a hunger strike . The completion of the hunger strike became known on the 21st of the same month. Subsequently, Valov was returned to Armavir.
