What do a tractor driver, an English teacher, a former editorial officer, a deputy assistant, foreman and a beekeeper think about raising retirement age.

Raising the retirement age is a resolved issue. And we are just starting to discuss whether it is good or bad - for each of us and for the country as a whole, for the economy.

A question that excites everyone: is this a forced measure or stupidity? The authorities say that otherwise it is impossible - there are too many pensioners, and the budget is not rubber, the economy does not withstand the load, then it will only be worse. Many do not believe this: they remembered that the budget is surplus, they again started talking about the fact that we should learn to competently dispose of funds in order to develop the economy. The second question, which is not an answer: is the state going to protect the most vulnerable category of citizens in the labor market - people aged 50+? Yesterday, this “plus” stretched for women for 5 years, for men for 10, and now - for 13-15 years. But on the other hand, a sharp decrease in the quality of human life is postponed for the same period. After all, no matter how low the salary is, the pension is still significantly less.

Pension at 55 years old - for women, I think this is early. Women at this age - for the most part - are still full of strength, life and creative plans. Up to 60 it is quite possible to work. For example, I began to feel fatigue from work only after 60. And before that I did not feel it. I also consider increasing the age of retirement for men from 60 to 65 years completely normal. If there is strength, health allows - why not work? Another thing is that many men have a lot of serious health problems by 60, addiction to alcohol makes itself felt.

I worked until 64 years old. And the last two years there was no day to not think about how tired I was - to get up every morning, gather, drag to work. Which I loved all my life, but at the end I hated it. I completely burned out, a stupor came creatively. Maybe I had to go from the post of answers to the correspondent, half -time? I did not. The work of the responsible secretary is really hard. For the centenary history of the newspaper, I was the first woman in this position. Before me - only men. It’s easier for journalists - you can relax during the working day, you can generally beat the bucks all day, and on the next shock labor to make up for everything. The answers do not have such an opportunity, you are in constant manion, a million tasks and the need to communicate with the whole team at once, from this you are very tired by the end of the day. You also get tired of the repeatability of tasks - the same dates, events that need to be lit.

I have been retired for a year and a half, but I could not get used to how much the quality of life has changed

Life has become completely different. My pension, like a veteran of labor, began with 9 thousand and over 10 years has grown to 21 thousand. The salary did not change - 27 thousand. Now my pension is all my income. At first I was in a panic - how to reach? Gradually adapted, but where to go? I had to save on food, the diet became much poorer.

The main thing that upset is - I can’t help my grandchildren as before. I always came to them with sweets, toys, bought books. The daughter has a difficult situation: she alone brings up two children, and one of them has serious health problems, because of which her daughter cannot go to work. I always helped them, and now, it happens, I come empty -handed. In addition, at my far from a girl’s age, a bunch of sores had accumulated, and often a dilemma rises - there is or to be treated. I can’t buy medicines, but they cost crazy money. If I had been retired at 55, then in such poverty I would have lived for 10 years.

In January next year, I had to retire, but, as I understand it, it would not work out - they added another year. And those comrades, who are a year younger than me, put off retirement for two years. I believe that an increase in retirement age is an ill -conceived, illiterate government.

By education, I am a mechanical engineer, graduated from Polytechnic, worked as a master at the factory of mechanical presses-until the 90s came, the salary stopped paying, the plants began to stop one after another. A couple with his father opened a kiosk, traded in every small thing. Things were neither strutko nor flowering, apparently, not mine is not mine. For the past seven years I have been working as an assistant to the deputy of the regional legislative assembly. But the salary is small, about 23 thousand, therefore, in order to live, I also work as an assistant commandant in one small organization (in fact, a watchman and a guard) after three days. This is another 10 thousand.

The main job was already a conversation about dismissal, but I somehow managed to convince my bosses to give me another year and a half to work and so reach a pension that is now in 61 years. I was just 50 with a ponytail when I got this work. After 50, it is very difficult to find a job, this is a great success, not everyone is lucky. What can we say about finding her at 60, at 63! Unrealistic! If the pension for men is now at 65, then we can say that people aged 50 to 65 are now completely unprotected, in fact, unfortunate. To somehow live, they will agree to the lowest paid work.

Employers are well aware of this: why pay, like everyone, if you can hire a penny? This is humiliating for a person, in general, not at all old, qualified and experienced.
At whatever age, of course, you can’t live on it. We'll have to look for a part -time job. And, most likely, the lowest -skilled and low -paying. But I will no longer look for daily work. For daily age is not the same.

And from what considerations are these, tell me, a woman should process for eight years, and a man is only five? Maybe you need to steal less, then there will be enough money for pensioners, and it will not be necessary to increase the retirement age? I am categorically against promotion! Yes, it’s hard to live on one pension. But people, having gone on a well -deserved rest, continue to work - and so they manage to make ends meet. After 55-60 years, people need work not because they feel the strength in themselves (they are no longer left), but because they can’t survive otherwise. Well, if you are a state employee and you will not be fired before the onset of retirement age, albeit at 63. But the majority are not state employees, and keep a place after 50, and even more so to get a new job, say, after reduction, it is almost impossible! So it will turn out: they don’t take it to work, but far from retirement. What to live for?

I retired at 53 by length of service, but up to 60 continued to work at school. And then I realized that I could no longer, I completely burned out and left, although they persuaded me to stay - there was no one to work at school. Recently, I went to school as on a machine, everything was a drum. You work because it is necessary, although you are already emotionally none, completely emasculated. But the teacher is indifferent to everything - this is not a teacher already, but a lessee, and that fig! There should not be such at school. Here, they say, the quality of secondary education is falling. And how can he not fall if the pensioners work mainly there? They have a void in their souls. Including from complete lawlessness - to parents, to the students. Nobody behind, the state will help. Yes, no one will help. It is difficult to work in such an environment, and it is almost impossible to work effectively.

I always worked a lot, 36 hours a week. And I received in recent years - with all these allowances - 16-17 thousand a month. If it were not for the length of service, 14 thousand, there would be poverty with poverty. Now I have the same 14 thousand, and that’s it. Not enough, of course, but I do not want to work. I don’t know how to work badly, but it is no longer possible. And, as they say, they didn’t live richly ... Pensioners travel in Europe, and I, and when I worked, there was no money for it!

And the last. Before raising a retirement age in the country, it is necessary to create conditions for this. So that it is not that a person does not have a job and not to find, but still live and live before retirement. Namely, as I see, and it will be.

The whole village is buzzing with us, only talking about raising the retirement age. I don’t know anyone who would be calm about this, and even more so supported. Everyone says they will not live. I myself, both before the army, sat on a tractor and work, 37 years already. I thought to finalize, clenching my teeth, before pension, but, apparently, it will not work. Until 65 I will definitely not stretch. It’s already hard for me now, although 55 in total. And every year everything is harder, you can’t deceive yourself. The technique is not updated, the work is irregular, often 12 hours, in frost and in the heat. And if I can’t stand it, I will throw a tractor - what, to go to retirement to the watchman? So our village does not need so many watchmen! I'm not the only one. Do you think I have been pushing all my life as a wound - and rich? My salary is 17 thousand. And the pension would be 12-14 thousand. So I would better live a little more in the world, albeit in these 12 thousand. Some at 60 retire and continue to work. I will not. Loaded!

Maybe someone is useful and work up to 70. The same deputies of the State Duma, officials in the government. And take a milkmaid, a plowman, a cattle, a tractor driver, a driver - they are damned people! At four in the morning you get up, you return at ten in the evening. And at home a family, some kind of farm, which you can’t do without. In the villages by the age of 60, people completely wear out. How can they be forced to continue to work when all experience has already been 35-40 years old in agriculture? Now we have 33 degrees in the shade, 43 in the sun. The tractor drivers come from his ears! The men fall out of the cabs into the shadows and lie with a layer until they come to themselves a little. Then they return to the tractor and continue to plow. Young such loads are easier to tolerate, and the old people? For 50 - these are already old people. In health - so for sure!

I worked since the age of 14, retired in 58 in a disability group that I earned in production. All my life he worked in three works, it was necessary to raise three children, slept four hours a day. I have not seen summer for 40 years, although I live in the village! Work, work, eyes cannot be raised. He did not reach his old age retirement, he could no longer. Yes, and we have nowhere to work for us, young people walk the bucks beat. The old people will ask you to do something in the house, pay, the guys will drink this earnings right away. And again nothing. It would be better for the young work to work, and not the elderly forced the veins to tear with all their might.

I am far from retirement, but pension reform will affect me too. And not after 30 years, but tomorrow. An increase in the retirement age will hit the economy of the village (and I live in the village), which is already not in the best condition. The villages with work are very bad. Young people are forced to leave for earnings in the city, mainly with a rotational basis, since it is not a pocket to rent normal housing in the city. And in the native village there is no work, the existing places are, as a rule, by people of elderly, pre -retirement age. But if earlier a man worked up to 60, then now wait for him to hit 65.

Maybe for an elderly person is good that there is work. And for the economy - bad. From the elderly, the return is not at all the same as from the youth. And the forces are not the same, and there is already no motivation. Why force people to work when they can no longer? In the village, labor is still very hard. Maybe in the city it became easier - automation there, modernization, modern production appears, offices, etc. And in the village everything is almost the same as 30 years ago. Work for wear, high mortality. In our villages, the Pervomaisky village council die a lot. Probably, in other places, but I'm now talking about our four villages.

An increase in the retirement age for men up to 65 and for women under 63 means one thing - people will not be allowed to rest a little in retirement. It is impossible to increase the retirement age, especially for women. Grandmothers should be nursed with her grandchildren so that mom and dad have the opportunity to easily earn money (and, most likely, in the city). In addition, our villages are very bad with kindergartens. And the topic of preserving family traditions does not need to be discounted. Grandmothers fulfill a very important state task. No need to deprive the grandchildren of the opportunity to communicate with the grandmother for another eight years.

See what the state is doing. It should seem to facilitate the living conditions of citizens, but it, on the contrary, makes our life more and more difficult. Rest time is reduced, labor protection system does not work. In rural areas, there are still a lot of low -efficient, semi -custody.

I am a biologist for first education. Now I am studying in the magistracy for livestocking. And I work as a beekeeper - I could not find work with my university diploma. Keep the apiary is our family. True, the implementation has become worse, despite the fact that Altai honey seems to be our everything. The reason is that there is a lot of falsifications, it is cheaper than real honey. But at the very least, the apiary feeds.

Young people work where they will have to. Many are wiping into the city, the benefit of Pervomaisky district borders with Barnaul, we have a very developed pendulum migration. People are looking for any way to earn at least something. Even worms are digging and selling fishermen in the city! That's what it came to! Keeping cattle in a personal courtyard is now completely not profitable, at a loss. If people also deprive people - and to move the age of retirement is like taking it away - what then to live for?
