In Irkutsk, the police surrounded the headquarters of Navalny

In Irkutsk, police officers came to the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny. This was written on Facebook by Alexei Tupitsyn, who was at the headquarters along with his coordinator Sergei Bespalov.

Three men in civilian clothes and one police officer surrounded the headquarters building. Bespalov notes that unknown people in civilian clothes refused to introduce themselves and said that they had come to "just take a walk." One of them goes near the ritual bureau located nearby. The man said that he was looking at monuments for activists of Navalny's headquarters.

Bespalov believes that law enforcement officers want to detain the staff of the headquarters of Zakhara Sarapulov.

On June 18, Sarapulov was awarded a definition of a call to the police department to draw up a protocol. According to the publication "Siberia. The realities ”, volunteers are accused of violating the rules of the event due to the“ Monestation ”campaign, which was held in Irkutsk on May 1. The definition of the call states that Sarapulov took part in a action that had "not only a cultural, but also a socio-political character."

If Sarapulov is again found guilty, he may threaten the charge under the "Dadin" article on repeated violation of the rules of public event (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code). Over the past six months, Sarapulov has already been guilty of an administrative article on violation of the rules of the event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
