An employee of Navalny's headquarters was detained in Irkutsk

In Irkutsk, the police detained an employee of the local headquarters of Navalny Zakhar Sarapulov. This was reported in the telegram channel "Irkutsk anarchist".

Yesterday, Sarapulov received a summons, according to which he was to appear at the police today to draw up a protocol under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event) for participating in the “Monstration”.

Today, three men in civilian clothes and one police officer in uniform came to the headquarters building. They did not introduce themselves and said that they had come "just for a walk." One of them walks near the funeral home, located nearby. The man said that he was looking for monuments for the activists of Navalny's headquarters. They were not allowed inside the headquarters.

The men asked the activists if Zakhar Sarapulov would definitely come to the department. After the closing of the headquarters, Sarapulov went home, but was detained on the way. According to the man who gave him a lift home, the activist is in police station No. 5.

Correspondent "Siberia. Realii” Sarapulov said that, in his opinion, the police want to initiate a criminal case against him under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violation of the law on rallies):

I think that specifically in my case they are leading the case to the "Dadin article", 212th. Because I already have an article for organizing a meeting with Alexei Navalny on November 4 last year, for the march “He is not our king” on May 5, and now it will be for May 1, for “Monstration”. So this is the third time. And three violations of the rules for holding mass events in 180 days is already criminal article 212.

UPD 17:42 A protocol was drawn up against Zakhar Sarapulov under the article on repeated violation of the procedure for holding an action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He is left overnight in a special detention center for detainees on administrative cases. The trial will take place tomorrow.

• On June 18, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk fined anarchist Igor Martynenko 25,000 rubles, who was considered the organizer of the Monstration. The protocol against another anarchist Sofia Bazhenova was returned by the court to the police due to errors made in its preparation.
• Bazhenova and Martynenko were detained at the bus station when they arrived after their vacation. The police said that the activists were avoiding filing protocols for holding an unapproved rally on May 1, and asked the young people to go with them. The activists refused, and the police forced them into the car. After the detainees were taken to the police station number 5 and left them for the night.
• According to Bazhenova, on May 1, she and other activists held a happening "Mem, Labor - May Day", having previously notified the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor's office, the mayor, the governor and the commissioner for human rights in Irkutsk.
