The stealing side

The criminal case, which in Armenia was instituted against a deputy of the parliament from the recently ruled Republican Party and the former Deputy Minister of Defense Manvel Grigoryan , became a real shock for many residents of the country. The general, who in a warring country steals medicines, shape and products among soldiers, is, of course, the extreme form of moral decay of the post -Soviet elite. This is the same nomenclature, but existing in market relations, who has learned to appreciate and steal everything that can be used for business.

Reading the news about the case of Grigoryan, I recalled what the Ukrainian army turned into on the eve of Russia's attack on our country. After all, the point is not only in Russian agents, that Yanukovych appointed the ministers of citizens of a neighboring country. The point is that the army was simply plundered, it was for politicians and generals just a bridgehead for theft, and not at all a military organization.

And this began not at all under Yanukovych. So it was under Kuchma and Yushchenko. Any attempts to stop it came across a sincere misunderstanding from the steamers. And in fact - why does the army need an army that no one is going to attack? Isn't it better to tear it away? And I would have screamed my soul if I said that the fraud ceased after the start of the war, when the citizens had to provide both the army and volunteer battalions literally with the world along the thread.

We constantly learn about the disclosure of corruption crimes associated with the armed forces. And we can’t understand - how is it during the war? But Armenia lives "during the war" literally from the first day after the proclamation of independence, its two previous presidents were the leaders of the Nagorno -Karabakh - and this does not interfere with anything.

The post -Soviet nomenclature lives today. She can pronounce patriotic slogans and steal at the same time. I would say - the louder the slogan, the more thieves.

And this applies to Russia in full. Russia organizes the wars for the sake of enriching its top. Putin, Shoigu, Patrushev, Bortnikov - businessmen in uniform, and some Serdyukov with Rogozin - and without shoulder straps. But the Russian armed forces have long become a place for enrichment simply because they spend many times more money than on the Armenian or Ukrainian army. Not to tear off such a budget is a real idiocy, and Russia is controlled, perhaps, crooks, but not idiots.

And, of course, war. The war will write off everything - this is about them. How much you can write off, lose, sell - the more wars and deaths, the richer they are. It is no accident that in recent years both the army and intelligence have outsource, when everything is entrusted to the "private traders" - from conquests to custom -made murders, and regular forces are used only in a critical situation.

And this is not at all because it is so cheaper and safer, not only because "we are not there." It is also more profitable.
