In the Irkutsk region, an anarchist Sofia Bazhenov was detained due to the May Day Monstation

In the Irkutsk region, on the way to the city of Tulun, anarchist Sofia Bazhenov was detained when she was traveling in a passing car. This was announced by the ATD-Info by human rights activist Svyatoslav Khromenkov.

The activist was taken to the Kirovsky District Court. Khromenkov does not know exactly what article a protocol was drawn up on Bazhenov. He assumes that she was accused under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding an event without submitting a notification) due to the organization of the Pervomaisian “monstration” in the format of happy.

The human rights activist noted that before that, the court returned the protocols drawn up on Bazhenov three times back to the police, the last time on June 20. According to Khromenkov, law enforcement officers did not notify the activist about the compilation of the last protocol.

The first protocol on Bazhenov was drawn up on June 14 under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the requirements of the police). On that day, her anarchist Igor Martynenko was detained when they arrived after rest. Police said that activists are evading drawing up protocols for holding an inconsistent rally on May 1. After the detainees, they delivered to the police department No. 5, where they left them for the night.

On June 18, the Oktyabrsky District Court fined Martynenko for 25 thousand rubles under the article on the event without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to “monstration”. The protocol under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses drawn up on Bazhenov, the Oktyabrsky court returned to the police to eliminate errors.

According to police officers, another protocol had to draw up on the activist - already under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code.
