The Moscow administration refused to approve several actions against the pension reform. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the head of the Moscow Department of Regional Security and Anti-Corruption Vladimir Chernikov.
Event notifications were submitted on 1, 3 and 4 July. The authorities refused to approve them, citing Presidential Decree No. 202, which is in force during the World Cup.
Decree No. 202 introduced restrictions on the movement of citizens and on holding public events in the cities where the 2018 World Cup matches will be held. The decree does not prohibit holding public events, but requires their coordination with the authorities.
