The owners of the "flowers of life" filed a complaint with the court. The "flowers of life" is controlled by the former literature teacher Bella Magomedova and her four daughters. The husband of Magomedova - a disabled person of group I without hands and legs - went missing 12 years ago. Relatives believe that he was killed by the security forces who suspected him in relations with the armed underground.

On January 9, 2016, the TSPE operatives conducted searches in Makhachkala in two other kindergartens that previously belonged to Sofia Sultanbekova, consisting of an “extremist” vocational school.
