The Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh, who, from March 19, was holding in the Simferopol SIZO -1 full, and from April 12 - a partial hunger strike, again tightened the regime of his action, completely abandoning food. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".
The reason for the decision of the Politsek was the increased pressure on him by the FSINESS. The Baluha camera was systematically searched, including at night. Politzke himself was threatened to send to a punishment cell. Finally, on Friday, Baluhu was announced that he was transferred to a common camera, which contain 18 people.
A little earlier, “Crimea. Realities” were transferred with reference to the Archbishop of the Simferopol and Crimean UOC of the Kiev Patriarchate Clement (Little) that Baluh announced a dry hunger strike - with refusal not only of food, but also from water. However, it soon became clear that this information was incorrect.
Clement acts as a public defender in the trial in the third case of Balukh - about the allegedly committed by the Politzek attack on the head of the IVS Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Razdolnensky district Valery Tkachenko. On Friday, the chairman of the Razdolnensky district court of Crimea, Tatyana Polikalo, who was controlled by Russia, held another hearing in this case. At the meeting, the defendant himself was interrogated .
As the correspondent of the Grani clarifies, Balukh said that Tkachenko showed hatred towards him back in 2015, when the activist was taken to serve a 15-day arrest on the fabricated protocol on disobedience to the police. After the detention of the Baluha in the second criminal case and later, when the activist was taken out of Simferopol to the Razdolnensky IVS to the trial in this case, the police officer also behaved angrily.
On the first day, Tkachenko, having come to recount the prisoners and noticing the Baluha, said: "Oh, the rightrship was finally brought. Now they will have a twentieth - they will teach you how to love your homeland."
“He (Tkachenko. - Ed.) Turned to me with continuous swearing words,” the political prisoner continued. “Every time he was in the IVS, he came to my camera and tried to insult, humiliate it on a national attribute and, according to him, my belonging to the“ right sector. ”He said that he had to cut us out, and he came as a species and differently. Citizen, on weekends.
“He said that, having got into the zone, I will definitely regret that I feel so independently and freely,” Baluh said then. “He said that an obedient cattle will make me there. Masks will fly and this nonsense will knock out from my head quickly.”
Regarding the conflict with Tkachenko, according to which the case was fabricated against the Baluha, the political prisoner said the following: “On this day he came to me and said to introduce himself. I asked to whom I had to introduce himself. He answered with obscene words and shocked me at an obscenely. Then I would not introduce himself too. He told me with rude words to go to the corridor. When I started to search, then I felt it, then I felt it, then I felt it. I insist on this - an accented blow to the scapula.
Lawyer Olga Dinze asked if Tkachenko spoke at Natalia Balukh, the mother of Politzek. “He called my mother a fallen woman,” the activist answered.
Baluh also said that during the investigation in the Investigative Committee, he repeatedly filed petitions for interrogation on the polygraph, but each time received a refusal.
After the interrogation, the judge Pokirokalo announced the end of the judicial investigation. The debate of the parties was scheduled for July 2, the beginning of the meeting at 15 o’clock.
