The Novosibirsk City Hall refused to coordinate the action against raising the retirement age, announced by Alexei Navalny,said Andrei Gladchenko, head of the regional branch of the Naval Russian Party of Navalny.

The city administration rejected four applications for a rally from different people. In the answers, the mayor's office refers to the fact that on the Internet, “calls are expressed for the conduct of July 1, 2018 ” of “terrorist attacks against the government in every city and organizing riots with arson of those who protect the government” (syntax and punctuation are preserved. - Ed.).

In the comments to the Stredychenko post, one of the users brought the screenshot of comments on VKontakte, one of which was supposedly quoted at the city hall. The user Ildar Sadykov calls the organizers of the rallies "nerds" and calls for "arrange a war."

"Lawyers, correct me: if there is a city on the city (that there is a city!) Hanging such a terrorist -pirotechnical threat, then obviously, a state of emergency should be introduced. Well, or at least a criminal case is instituted, and the valiant federal security service should already meet with packs with a hug," Gladchenko wrote.

"From the correspondence on social networks, information about the stated public event does not correspond to the actually pursued goals," the city hall said in the response. According to officials, the goals of the shares contradict the constitutions and violate criminal and administrative legislation.

According to one of the applications, the rally was planned to be held in the theater square at the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater. The city hall in the response refers to a regional law prohibiting public actions near cultural institutions.

According to Gladchenko, now the rally organizers are complaining of the court of the city hall.

On the eve of RBC, it reported that Navalny’s action was agreed in seven cities. The opposition announced rallies in 20 cities in which the matches of the World Cup are not held - in the places of the mundial, the decree of Vladimir Putin prohibits the mundial.

On Thursday, the Moscow City Hall, referring to the presidential decree, rejected applications for rallies against pension reform filed by Yabloko and Left Front.

On Tuesday, Navalny announced the All -Russian protest against raising the retirement age. “Let's honestly say: raising the retirement age started by Putin and Medvedev is a real crime,” the politician emphasized. “The usual robbery of several tens of millions of people under the guise of“ urgent reform ”.

The government plans to increase the retirement age in several stages starting on January 1, 2019. By 2028, the retirement age for men will be increased to 65 years, by 2034, the retirement age for women will be increased to 63 years.

The age of the appointment of social pensions for citizens who have not developed official seniority for women will be increased from 60 to 68 years, for men - from 65 to 70 years.

The age of retirement of teachers, doctors and creative workers will be increased by eight years. For citizens working in the Far North and in areas equated with the Far North areas, the retirement age will be established equal to 60 years for men and 58 years for women. This measure will not affect people working in difficult conditions, in particular miners and railway workers.

Reform will not affect citizens receiving insurance pensions. These are in particular women, raising a disabled child under the age of 8 years old, a mother of five or more children, disabled people of group I in vision. According to authorities, raising the retirement age will increase the amount of payments to current pensioners by almost 1000 rubles per year.
