The co-owner of Transmashholding, billionaire Andrei Bokarev, built a house on Rublyovka on lands that are partly part of the forest fund. This was reported by the Dozhd TV channel with reference to Rosreestr data.
A mansion with an area of 800 square meters was erected in the Gorki-2 settlement on a leased plot of 2.4 hectares. According to Dozhd, half of this land belongs to the state and belongs to the forest fund - the construction of capital structures in such territories is prohibited.
On the Bokarev site there is a complex of several houses, a swimming pool and an ornamental pond.
Two kilometers from the village are the residence of Dmitry Medvedev "Gorki-9", and three - the residence of Vladimir Putin "Novo-Ogaryovo".
Dozhd sent inquiries to Andrey Bokarev's representatives, as well as to the Moscow Region Forestry Committee, but there have been no responses from them yet.
