From the very beginning, we argued that the actions of the people who organized the action at the FSB did not constitute a crime. Their actions can only be regarded as an expression of opinion. From our point of view, the initiation of a case, subsequent searches, illegal detention, torture in the FSB - this was revenge on the part of the FSB officers, who had this action under their noses, in order to intimidate civil activists for negatively evaluating the work of the FSB.

On February 19, security forces searched the apartments of Semyonov, his cousin Maxim Anfalov, Tsibukovsky and Anfalova. After that, they and another person, Maksim, a friend of Semyonov, were detained and taken to the local FSB department.

On February 20, it became known that a criminal case was opened under Article 213 (hooliganism) because of the action of solidarity with the repressed anarchists, which took place on February 15. on the fence of the building of the regional department of the FSB , and threw a smoke bomb into the territory. Semyonov said that after being detained, he was forced to stand in a “half-squat” all night, and his brother Anfalov was beaten and a stun gun was used on him.
